First things first - I liked The Division a lot. Especially as an alternative to Destiny during its great Content Drought of 2016. The new Destiny update has brought me and others back and while the update is really just a facelift, I think Bungie did a nice job with it.
By comparison though - The Division has been broken as F. Unless you were exploiting the various glitches ad naseum, you can't step into the DZ without getting gang banged and one shotted. Considering how long the division was in development I'm amazed so many exploits existed and were not addressed prior to release. That said, the problems with the division will take a lot of work and creativity to solve. Even at its worst destiny was never this broken.
In the end, the experience with the division taught me to appreciate bungie a little more and to recognize how hard it is to make a perfect game.
See you all in IB.

Cause some people love the fact that once you hit lvl 30 ypu will never run around over 2/3 the map again haha. And their raid is a joke.. I love division but it needs endgame content.
-
From what I gather, the incursion is a glorified horde mode? Comparisons between VoG and the Incursion are silly.

6 OdpowiedziWe are playing the division laughing at kids like you, and if your wondering where your mom is stop stop now.

1 OdpowiedźLol! Watch out for ninja justice! I posted this topic last week and it got erased from time faster than Kabr and Praedyth in the VoG.

Division is actually doing very well. Just like vanilla Destiny it has haters and lovers The shittiest thing about Destiny is the army of ignorant, unintelligent, entitled man babies plaguing the forums. Do us all a favor and play this game without stirring shit up on our forums. #DestinyLivesMatter #DivisionLivesMatter

Most of my friends who left to play the Division... Are still playing the Division. Someday you children will understand competition is a good thing.

12 OdpowiedziExploit? Your joking right? Ice breaker on oracles, pushing atheon and templar, crossing the bridge using the sword, crota on his knees glitch. Yea destiny don't have an exploit.
and it only took bungie around 6 months until they fix something.
2 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Fal Chavam: 4/26/2016 12:38:56 PMTheir probably angry that their most beloved game just had an update that deleted all their characters. My bud phoned me a while ago at like 3 in the morning to bitch about how mad he was about the update. Then I said. "Soo, you feel like two manning crota later?" "...........yeah"

We can all agree that Destiny has issue but compare to division...... seriously we should have know better with assassin creed unity. And dont even let me start on the incursion lost falcon. Broken cheat ers. I am done with ubisoft

2 OdpowiedziThink The Division could be a great game but at the moment it's broke AF. Have no reason to play it. Drops are sh!t. So sh!t in fact I don't even get mad anymore with constant trolls in the DZ. Stalked every 40 seconds by cheesers who glitched through sh!tty endgame content. Just laugh now when they pick up my worthless sh!t drops. F*ck it. Back to Destiny I guess.

Destiny killed the division as much as it gave it life.

You can never anticipate all possible exploits. Even with a team of 100 testers playing 24-7 for a year, you would get more useful discoveries in a day at launch, because now you have literally millions of people playing simultaneously, all playing in different ways that could not have been anticipated in advance. Ubisoft did the best they could. You just kind of have to get lucky when you launch a big new event like a raid or incursion, and just hope that there are no game breaking glitches. I also enjoy the division, but I never thought it would kill destiny. The only thing that can kill destiny is Bungie. Destiny is a tent-pole franchise at this point, on the same level as Call of Duty. It's not going anywhere unless they just completely fail the next three major content updates/expansions. This most recent update was a huge step in the right direction, and it suggests that things are only going to get better from here, not worse.

Man i agree... i had high hopes for the division... however right now its very broken , and even more of a grind than destiny

Edytowany przez użytkownika talhasen123: 4/26/2016 2:32:34 PMPersonally I had enough of this stupid comprasion post from backseat gamers but I will answer all of them. First thing first, you cant compare differant games. Second, both games have good and bad things. I will not explain it but you know already. Division is almost out for 2 months. Sure it is broken af but they can fix it in time. If you little kids try to enjoy games posts like this will end.

Where do you think they are? Playing The Division
-
The divison kinda sucks ass

2 OdpowiedziWhere am I? In dz06 sending scrubs like you crying back to Destiny... Jk...jk... Seriously though, very different games. Destiny = chopped up game duct taped together to meet deadlines. Division = broken game that didn't seem to get much playtesting. Neither was as advertised unfortunately.
-
Well you pretty much nailed it OP. I was in the exact same boat. I went to The Division during the Great Content Drought too. I really enjoyed The Division. Then the glitches came which rendered the Dark Zone unplayable. The end game content (Incursion) is simply zero fun to play. Even without the glitches I would not want to play the Incursion. Destiny didn't kill The Division. The Division killed itself.
-
1 OdpowiedźI think Destiny and The Division were broken in different ways. Destiny was broken as in gameplay, making things in the game easier to do. But from what I hear, The Division is broken from a technical standpoint. Characters being deleted and such. They're both good games to me, Destiny just got my heart first.
-
3 OdpowiedziThey are all online asking to form" glitch " squads to exploit the end game and Dz, then to proceed to pat themselves on the back for being so great at the Division.

4 OdpowiedziI played the Division up until this month's update. They completely ruined the whole crafting aspect, and added unnecessary grind to an all ready grindy game. It's either die a legit player, or live long enough to see yourself become a cheater. That's the Division.
