how the hell are people getting 335
i ran the raid last week, with all 3 of my characters, i dumped it all into my hunter, i went from 320 to 323. i didnt gain any light on the segils.
i just ran the raid on my hunter(first character for this week) and went from 323 to 325. how do you mother -blam!-ers have 335 already?

Pick up all loot/packages at your highest possible light level

The closer you get to 335 the more 335 drops you will get, also never getting an end game drop under your current overall light. The more end game activities you do the quicker you will rank up.

Grind challenge of the elders and run heroic striker for strike specific gear and do the raid on every character also buy three of coins from xur for the exotic engrams

Challenge. Exotic engrams. Farm vanguard and crucible rep. Rinse repeat. Im only 334 on my hunter. All i need is a chest and heavy

Dude, things are so different now . In the 320 days, you just did the raid, infused 2 things and waited for next week, now: 1. All 3oc drops gear with higher light that what you are (all the way up to 335) 2. Even after the bounties, Poe42 continues to give gear higher light than where you're at. 3 even court oryx gives artifacts all the way up to 335 4 Oh god! Those strike-specific-legendaries on certain maps ; [b]They give you up to 335![/b] My point is higher gear all the way up to 335 is freaking everywhere now! It's like having no limit to the amount of times you could run through Kings Fall a week!

I went from 320 on all characters to 333 on all 3 ( if i swap weapons around ) and all I did was challenge poe / KF and a bit of trials. Not done anything this week because I'm working away. Not back till Friday, so hopefully I will be 335 come next Tuesday. Think I have been lucky with drops :)

Horded exotic engrams for update, ran raid 4 times now since update w challenges using 3oCs, played some prison here and there spamming 3oCs. 332 very close to 333. Will prolly grind POE for fun this evening. Make sure you are your highest possible light when you decrypt exotics, finish poe, and kill raid bosses/complete challenges. Open 1 exotic at a time, infuse or equip, then go decrypt the other giving you better chances for higher light rolls. And yes I do have a life. Usually only have time for one activity a night. Just find a good group that can get through the activity successfully. :) You'll get there bro!

If you rank up with crucible vanguard or your faction it's almost gaurenteed you'll get gear high than your current light level so if they just about maxed it out right before the update they probably flew straight to 330 if they started at 320

Run Coe, I did that for hours and I raised from 320 to 325

All I've done since updat, 1 hard raid. Probably 30 CoE clears. 1 nightfall. 334.. Just rank up everything you get decent drops from packages now

I sure as hell am not getting close to 335. The last two hard raid challenges did not drop a single item close to 330. And everything about PoE bores me to tears. If the only sure pathway to 335 is to grind CoE, then I guess I won't get they for quite a bit.

I had alot and I mean ALOT of exotic engrams saved up.

I ran the heck out of Challenge of the Elders. I had over 2.2 million cumulative points on my card before reset. I got 335 over last weekend.

I just have been taking it nice and slow. Running strikes & popping 3oC when I can, haven't done the raid or level 42 PoE yet and I've gone from 316 to 324 over a 4 day period. Which in my opinion isn't too bad. I've gotten quite lucky from my vanguard packages though I will say that. Not good rolls or anything but a few 325+ items.

Alot of people horded engram and got high light level gear and now are complaining about nothing to do

Always swap best gear on before picking up engram drops or completing anything. Always decrypt engrams on highest character.

5 OdpowiedziMy Path was : Had almost all fractions shortly before rank up Had like 50 exotic engrams in my Vault Had tons of weapon parts / heavy synths / motes of light. Step1: Opened 1 exotic engram , infused it . rinse and repeat for 10 Times until i was 324 Step2: Did court of oryx Tierr 3 for a artifact which matched my actual level Step3: Played some activities for rank up my Fractions. - Got higher gear than 324 Step4: Kicked in some materials on my fractions- got gear up to 330 Step5: Grinded challenge of the elders for ghosts and class items. Step6: Opened another 20 exotic engrams - up to 332-333 Step7: Court of oryx tier 3 again - 335 Artifact Step8: Challenge of the Elder Speedruns for much more ghosts and stuff. --------335-------- Step9: Playing the raid with looking forward to get 335 Gear to infuse in other Characters. GOT ONLY 1x 335 CHEST PIECE , EVERY OTHER DROP WAS ONLY 334 WHEN I WAS ACTUALLY A 335 ???????? Step10: Realizes that after 330 there is no PVE activity which requires 335.......

Grinded PoE for 335 specials, Class items and Ghosts. The rest was from exotics after faction packages put me to 330.

Impossible u can't gain that little light if u did it right. What u were supposed to do is complete the raid on one character (not ur main) then take all of his head and infuse it into second character who should be around 324 now then run the raid. The finally infuse all that gear into ur main and do the raid one final time. By the end u should be 330+. I'm 333 most 334 and I haven't even done the raid this week yet

I went from 320 to 329 with my warlock. Two raids, one COE card turn in and lots of COE boss farming last week. A lot of people saved exotic engrams to decode after the update. I for one don't wanna rush to 335 with all 3 of my guardians and then be bored again
