how the hell are people getting 335
i ran the raid last week, with all 3 of my characters, i dumped it all into my hunter, i went from 320 to 323. i didnt gain any light on the segils.
i just ran the raid on my hunter(first character for this week) and went from 323 to 325. how do you mother -blam!-ers have 335 already?

3 OdpowiedziAdditionally, a lot of those at 335 are wearing crazy gear. Like extra handgun reload speed and carry more sniper and rocket ammo. They would then have a pulse rifle, shotgun and sword equipped.

I got my warlock to 330 and 328 titan last night have played 3 nights since update dropped. Haven't finished a raid done coe repeatedly and got this high

I just ayed causally and didn't worry about it. Though I'm currently 334 but you get the idea.

I did the CoE first. I got a 326 ghost first ever run and a some 320+ weapons/armor from my other 2 runs plus elder sigil. Then I went and raided on that character and infused everything that was higher and the exotic engrams I got. I was like 326 overall. I switched characters and infused any left over items and brought my weapons over so I started out 322. I repeated the process and got that character to 328 max. So I went to the court of oryx. There I farmed for artifacts and quit when I got 3 or more 332+ artifacts. I switched to my third and now my third starts at 326 off the bat. I repeated the process and got to 332. I finished the week 333 on that character. This week I started in my 333 and got it to 334. After I do the raid and such I'll switch to my other characters. My Titan will be over 330 so I will get a chance at 335 gear on it as well. Same with warlock. You use the light system to your advantage is the shirt answer.

Welllll I started off with around 20 exotic engrams opened them up and that took me from 319 to 323 then I did raid and that got me to 327 then I did court of oryx that got me to 332 then I did challenge of elders and that got me to 334 and all the extra gear I infused into my hunter and warlock and got them up to 334 that was all within 3 days

I mean after 2 raids per character, and the 18 CoE runs, I'm sitting at ~332 on all 3 characters with the right gear and weapons.

I don't think it's too tough. I really haven't been doing much and my titans is 333 with his highest gear on.

Poe, raid, leveled up factions several times, exotics, court oryx. Make sure to take extra items. Last week after running everything on my warlock and titan, I gave my extra stuff to the hunter to infuse and he went from 319 to 326 before he even ran the raid.

By not running the raid , its a waste of time, old news.

I just grind CoE and went from 310 to 330 with my main in a week and 305 to 325 with other two within the same time. Take those 3 of coins too.

Saved exotics and lucky Raid/CoE drops is how i got my 335.

2 Odpowiedzi335 X3 characters and haven't done the raid this week. I just had faction , vanguard and crucible ranked up. Didn't pick the package and then edged them. Did court for artifact at 334. Then used exotic engrams. I was 229 before any activity on all characters. 335 after. Still have like 50 exotic engrams left. :-)

I'm 334 on my warlock, and didn't stockpile exotic engrams. Just make sure your highest light level stuff is on when decrypting engrams and obtaining rewards. It's still rng, but your rewards will be higher than your total light level. Run heroic strikes (exclusive items drop up to 335), trials of osiris will net you some high light items, the raid, and prison of elders. Also crucible, vanguard, faction, and variks packages may all yield high light level items.

Some people (not me) saved up exotic engrams for months before the update, and a lot more saved them for at least a couple weeks. Some people then just figured out how this new system works, and kept saving those engrams until they would do the most good......330+. Also, if you really think about what you are doing when leveling, it makes a big difference. The best tip I've seen to level faster is to start with your highest light character, then run Coe, or the raid for the week on all 3 characters............but, whatever good (higher light) gear you get on that first run.....you take and infuse that gear into your next highest character, so that you get higher light gear from the second run...then infuse that into your next character, etc, etc......this seems to bring up the level of all your characters faster than just equipping, or infusing whatever character you are playing.

Exotic engram when it first dropped got me to 325ish then running the stuff got me 325-330 stuff then afterwards a little higher. It's really easy even though I don't have any yet. I didn't run a full raid last week though

1 OdpowiedźFirst, get a 5 gallon pale....this will be your bathroom. You'll need another 5 gallons of soda, preferably a high caffeine count. For food power bars work well, don't get anything crunchy as it causes havoc over the mic. Turn off your phone and close the window curtains. Call school/work and tell them your sick and wont be attending for a few days......JK, most everyone has already hit on how to do it, the question is why would you try to do it so quick? I mean you still have to try to get to 335......now 6 + months of nothing to play for. Just play.....you'll still get to 335 long before the next update.

you must just be unlucky? I am 334, 333, and 321 at the moment, I would be 335 but after 3 HM oryx challenges, I didn't get a single helm

I've been running raids, trials, court of oryx, and the challenge PoE, that's all it takes. Exotic engrams help level up as well. I have just been doing things on each character, not focusing all gear on one and I have two 330's and a 331. Progressing is so easy now!

I went in the Hard raid at 330 and got four items at 335. Used them to infused into my main character now at 334 with my main. If I do the Raid with him I'll definitely hit 335. My advice if just use one character and bring it up high. Once at 330 everything will be high. Use remaining high level gear/weapons to infuse other characters. Equip highest items for higher light level drops!

3 OdpowiedziGetting to 335 is not difficult. People just have to understand the mechanics. Always equip your highest light before getting the loot. If you have 3 chars, infuse into your other chars and do the activities on that char with the highest possible light. Once you're above 330, almost all your drops will be 335. Just use the new mechanics to your advantage
