If you abandon a heroic playlist strike as soon as you join...
...you're a dickhead. I understand that you may have done a specific strike loads of times and may just hate doing it, but you are still a dickhead. I've just had 4 people leave the darkblade strike and now I have to solo it. Oh make that 5 now. I had the same thing happen yesterday three times. If I get a strike that I don't like I still do it because the rewards will be just as good as any other strike.
Edit: Make that 7.
Edit 2: Someone left on the next strike as well.
Edit 3: Dickead is a bit harsh. More of an annoyance.

I liked the way world of tanks was. If you left a match you weren't allowed to join a new one until that match was over

If you left a certain match you couldn't join a new one, you were only allowed to rejoin the match you left. Granted it is not a perfect solution but they're trying. Bungie needs to do something to discourage frequent quitters in both PvE and PvP but not make it too harsh. I can understand some peoples' need to leave the current match, maybe to go play with friends who just got online. In Battleborn, you can't leave to join your friend, you have to finish your match which could last a long while, so like I said, not the perfect solution.

I feel ya. I havent played destiny in a few months now but i think ive soloed all strikes on hc. Its kinda funny you either play with speed runners trying to skip all they can or quiters...

Should do what Rocket League does. If you quit, you have to wait 15-20 minutes before you can play again.

Most times im planning to leave any way but theres no quitting out if you dont hit y fast enough.

What about each non completion costing 300 glimmer and 10 vanguard marks. Or Resets any 3oC progress to 0. I suppose that you could avoid the charge by quitting destiny altogether and then restarting the game but that would be a real pain. It is a web based game though so maybe the destiny app could check the status of your last game and if not completed charge the penalties.

If you have to solo it they should buff the loot drop %. Since the April update it is really out of hand. People trying to get the taken shotgun to match their newly purchased taken armor. If the mission was selectable then this would be less of an issue. I do however know why it is not selectable because it would them become an obsession. Streams would be dedicated to getting this one item instead of all the different loot avenues now. Two Blues anyone...

Ran 3 strikes with a friend yesterday and cycled through 7 different randoms who joined, then bailed pretty much as soon as they spawned in. My friend had to leave before the fourth strike, some people apparently need sleep or something, which left me with 2 randoms who both left at the start of the strike. It was only the Psion Flayers so it wasn't hard to solo, it's just annoying. People bailing on heroics seems to be a pretty big problem lately, it's more rare for people to actually stay in the strike now than it is for them to leave. It's kinda sad.

The only time I leave strikes is if I get repeats over and over.... Did a run of 6 strikes last week and everyone was on dreadnaught.... Shield Bros came up on the 7th and I just couldn't bring myself to do it.... If they fix rotation I'll never leave!

3 OdpowiedziThere should be an increasing time penalty for each time you leave and it goes back to no time after one day. Should be that way in all match made activities.

When I was running heroics regularly, for about two weeks, I only ever got Mars strikes, specifically Valus and Black Garden. After running those two back-to-back four times in one session, I don't care if I'm a dickhead, I'm not doing it again
