House of judgment Tokens
I've been amassing quite a few of the house judgement tokens, but I can't turn them in. Do I have to be a certain rep level, or complete a specific task, or are they unusable now? Perhaps once the patch drops on the 12th?

You have to be rank 2 and 3 with variks

You have to be rank 2 to get the ships and you have to be rank 3 to get the shaders

U dismantle them and they give +10 rep for each

What happens when you try to use them? You might need to be a certain rep level with Variks to hand them in.
