"If you've seen too much bloodshed then what are you doing here?"
*Realizes he actually hasn't reappeared yet so he appears sitting on top of a tree branch and he is leaning against the trunk of the tree. His eyes are just plain white and they don't glow but they aren't effected by the shadows of the leaves either. Suddenly, an axe imbeds itself in the tree right next to his head. He makes a gesture to the axe to emphasize the fact that this place is dangerous and filled with bloodshed.*

*Pokes at a glowing mushroom that's growing next to him.* "Hmmm? Sorry, I was just poking this rare fungus that I think is an antidote for one of your potions..."

Oh on dont touch your face that plant is very toxic and you got it on your skin *starts rummaging though a pouch on my belt and pulls out and big purple leaf with blue fuzz* i want you too wipe you hands with this plant

"Well, I'm pretty sure your skin is toxic too. So what you touch is probably poisonous."

Dont touch the stem of the leaf that where i grabbed it from *holds the leaf by its stem* the spores from that plant will make you see things and make you paralyzed if you dont seek treatment

"Fine, fine." *Does what you told him to do with the plant.* "You are aware though, I'm a catwolf, so I have fur. It's basically a protective layer."

Better be safe than sorry *closes bag and stretches arms* That is a nasty little fungus too

Yeah you always gotta becareful what plants you touch in any place.

"Is this plant dangerous?" *Starts rubbing the tree he is sitting on and then starts rubbing his hand-paw thing on his face.* "Gaaah! I shouldn't have done that! There are ants on this tree! Why do ants love trees?! They're on my face!!!" *Falls out of the tree.*

*watches you fall* no the plant wasnt toxic. I would help you up but.. it wouldn't be wise.

"Hold on..." *He is no longer in the shadow of the tree and his eyes are green with black pupils. He taps his nose with his claw a couple times and sneezes. His fur puffs up for a second and when it does, the ants fly off.* "That's not the first time I've been attacked by ants."

Bugs are not a problem for me at all since im coated with this film which also keeps my skin moist

"That's one advantage. But I'm sure mermaids can't climb trees well." *Climbs back up the tree and sits back down on a branch other than the one infested with ants.*

Nope not all but i have tried *touches the bark of the tree leaving a wet handprint on the bark*

Then an apple falls off of a branch and bounces off of what appears to be nothing.* "Owww..." *Then a couple of branches shake as if an animal just bounced off of them and then one branch seems to catch the invisible animal. An arm is dangling off of the branch and it slowly gets pulled up into a dark mass.* "That didn't happen."
