2 OdpowiedziNo but scrubs gonna say yes.

I can't pay her to do a raid for me so I don't have to listen to a bunch of whiny kids off the forums.
-
It's pay-for-progression not pay-to-win. Pay-to-win is when you pay for an item that gives you a distinct advantage over players who don't pay whereas Pay-for-Progression is where you need to grind until that tedium becomes too frustrating and you pay for a faster way to complete your task. Pay-for-Progression isn't much better since it's going to be adopted more often the more popular it gets.
-
I call it "Pay to Infuse". The good side of it all is that 1-to-1 infusion update.
-
Its not now but its slowly becoming one

1 OdpowiedźIt gives you no advantage. It's just a way to get the gear quicker. The boosters you can argue all you want. But you still have to play to level up your reps. Bungie is doing their best to balance the weapons and subclasses so no one has an advantage over anyone, besides their own skill. Prior to this update, the only way you could achieve max level was to raid or be really good at trials. Bungie realizes that not everyone likes to raid and deal with laggers in trials. So they gave everyone a chance to get top end gear, the way they want. Like it should be. Not everyone likes the same peanut butter, so yeah. I myself am not much of a raider and im working on my crucible skill... "look out you elite trials players!!!!" I believe they are allowing us to beef up our inventory to prepare for much bigger things. Making our vaults bigger and making it easier to rank up is not breaking the game. Playing against people with a higher light level in iron banner in trials isn't game breaking either. Pay to win? Win what? Weather you are a PvE or PVP player we are all on the same team. Let's all enjoy the ride.

-blam!-ing noobs.

2 OdpowiedziGot the full taken set... No advantage over someone who doesn't have it.
-
4 OdpowiedziIn a way. The rep boosters help you get packages, in turn weapons, armor, and gear.
-
Edytowany przez użytkownika Mojochy: 4/21/2016 10:41:38 PMNo, pay to look good maybe.
-
1 OdpowiedźNo, has long has you can't buy the 335 gear to put into it.
-
Unless they sell weapons. Right now...no
-
1 Odpowiedź60% of the time it is all the time.
-
4 Odpowiedzimy only qualm is that with additionally purchased sterling treasure, you can earn more rep boosters, which can lead to a loot-earning advantage since you can consistently rank up quicker. other than that, we're a little far off from pay to win
-
Technically, not yet but It's coming. They are slow conditioning to community for it with each new update. They have to hook you first before they can real in your wallet.
-
Almost. Very soon it will be
-
22 OdpowiedziIT IS PAY TO WIN. It just would cost quite a bit to get specific rolls on specific armor pieces. It is technically pay to win.
-
1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Shrektastik: 4/23/2016 9:20:38 PMNo, but it's on the path of it.
-
All of my friends who bought sterling treasure have way more rep boosters than me and rank up alot faster. I have to mooch them off my friends because ranking up is so unconsistant with dropping them.
-
4 OdpowiedziIt depends on how you define "winning" If "winning" was having a cool emote then it's been pay to win from the start. If winning is getting an item that kills anyone and anything, then it isn't there yet.
-
1 OdpowiedźIf you suck and buy sterling treasure, you're still gonna suck. So no, not pay to win.
