Why are people so salty about Thorn ?
Everyone rages about Thorn and send hate mail, which I don't understand. Half the people that do this are using TLW and 1k stare, lol.
It's a good primary, just like TLW, Grasp of Malok, Doctrine, PDX.

It's just broken you are just a player that is playing the game so I don't blame you nor should anyone else but it is a problem that needs to be addressed but when it is needed another gun will be op again so there is nothing to stop it

The main source of hate is DoT. Three shots to kill no matter where you hit the target, no headshots required. This makes other HC's laughable since Thorn has a high RoF and you can just spam your shots without having to aim at the head. Not as a bad as y1 thorn but it can be annoying. I can see people who aren't complaining about Thorn would be if they brought it to y2.

2 OdpowiedziI went into the crucible to see how fast I could get hate mail. Equipped Thorn and 1k stare on my Warlock with Firebolts and Viking Funeral. Took 1 match.

Thorn, TLW, Grasp of Malok, and Doctorine are not GOOD weapons, they're OP weapons

Went into to a Clash match with 5 clan mates yesterday, 3 of used Thorn, 3 used TLW. Must have been some [i]salty[/i] opponents - except the one who came back at us with Fatebtinger!

Flash backs from when thorn was actually good. Its ok now but many people remember the horrors of dying constantly to thorn and nothing else

Lol I don't touch thorn till like 4 weeks ago when I did free for all, and I was dieing so fast I was impressed. The thing it a monster still feel bad for using it a little cuz it's a three body if they fixed it to a 4 I'd love it.

It's a three shot bodyshot thanks to the poison but fires a lot faster than the high impact hand cannons. On top of that, it has high aim assist.

Idek it's not nearly as OP as it used to be and I don't really mind it anymore.

Its a form of psychological warfare and makes people pull out of a firefight. Also impedes shield regen making you vulnerable longer.

8 OdpowiedziFirst things first, I use Thorn-- a lot (only in classic playlists though). So I know what I'm talking about. It requires minimal to no skill, body shots are just as rewarding as headshots, it's the fastest archetype of hand cannons but kills in the same amount of shots as the slowest archetype. If you find that balanced, you are either mentally handicapped or you're delusional.

If so you would easily understand how broken that gun was,the most noob friendly gun ever and dot on guns shouldn't exist. Ps skill in destiny? Get out of here with that.
