Been through more teams on oryx this week than I did the first week of hard mode. Been able to mince the raid in 1-2 hours the past few months but this week I can't get a decent team!? It's either people arguing about 8-8 start or detonating every round then people moaning about lag (que the shite mc Donald's wifi joke) So fed up seein that little grey tab at the bottom of my screen sayin someone's left fire team

They went to the automatron DLC

They all probably moved to PVP or got 320 and left. I don't raid anymore and I'm not 320, but what's the point? I'm not going to grind a boring raid for a light level that won't be relevant in a couple weeks.

3 Odpowiedzi"Where IS all the good raiders gone?" Hmmm we all went back to school to learn new things like how to properly say "where HAVE all the good raiders gone?"
at least you used a question mark.

partial credit
and to answer your question, "burnout till they turnout"™ new activities and gear.

I'm pretty good at raiding and I've beaten every challenge, but I'm more of a PvP person.
-
I only raid unless asked by people I know. I'm bored of he raids and have no desire to be 320
-
All the good teams have already beaten oryx plenty of times and aren't playing destiny until April update.
-
I haven't really tried to complete the raids in the past month or so. I'll normally try to get in at the challenge and will run as far as that team can. I normally won't stay longer than 30 mins on one section if the team keeps dying. Raid isn't worth the frustration of finding a adept team. I tend to run the golgoroth challenge and oryx challenge if I have the time but no longer kill myself to try and get it done.

They are all in clans
-
Not playing because this week is spring break for many college students(like myself) who took our shit and went to party. We get on forums when we're shit faced on a toilet like me.
-
Did all 3 hards in 3.5 hrs yesterday off lfg . All 6 people stayed, for all 3, never had that happen before. Very lucky...
-
I know the feeling.

There's no point in is doing the raid. I have 2 320s already and 50+ completions just in case there's a year two triumphs so I'm good I'll help a friend if I'm asked but playing that shit with randoms? Nah, last time I wasted like 2 hours at the freakin WAR PRIEST and they could barely get him down to half. No one has time for that now
-
All good raiders such as me are lurking in the forums but no longer play the game. I would help you but it's been 2 months since I played the stale game called destiny. Now I just give advices and tips for those who are still caught by the game.
-
I can sympathize, as I have been through 4 Raid groups that I played with regularly. Only one groups is left and they are intermittent now. The other people in these groups have moved on to other (better) games and my 90+ Destiny friends list now has maybe 3 people left that play destiny. My Hunter and Warlock are at 317 and my Titan is 318 (with best stuff on). I just do not want to grind the Raid anymore, especially since we know that light levels are going up and there are new "mechanisms" to get higher light gear for far less effort and frustration when playing with randoms. I'll be doing my last Challenge mode for Oryx next week on my Warlock to get his last calcified frag and then unless the Raid Rewards improves after April 12, I likely will never do it again.
-
Sounds more like you have just hit a really unlucky streak. I've had a few groups like that, but it's been a predominantly positive experience for me. I finished two kings fall raids, a crota completion, and a weekly crucible bounty with the same lfg group yesterday.
-
If I don't mess up, I'm pretty okay.

Edytowany przez użytkownika GhostRydr: 3/23/2016 3:29:51 PMMost of my friends list was playing The Division last night so...yeah. The LFG picking are a joke. First group I joined for normal Golgoroth had no clue about how to do the challenge so the moment they decided to forego it I buggered off. Another group of nuRaiders barely got pass totems but even though they managed to mostly get the mechanics for Warpriest, there just wasn't enough DPS or know-how in the group to kill it. I was where they are three, four months ago, but damn if I haven't the patience to Sherpa and stick around. I guess that makes me a terrible person? :p Edit: Funny enough, I actually saw quite a few groups hosting Vog. It's official, the community is bored to tears.

Haven't raided in months. Unless you count Crota, I still solo that every week

5 OdpowiedziDestiny is a game created to pool in mass amounts of money with minimal effort or money spent during the process. Sure that's the definition of all business practice but when the company manipulates, lies and tricks the customer base is when it turns into bad business ethic. We as gamers have immense passion for the games we play and use them as more than just something to do. We play to enjoy, relax, escape or connect with family and friends. Unfortunately Bungie's original motto wasn't about creating a game they love because the people in charge simply have one goal. Money. It's shown because Investors went with a company that has NEVER created an MMO game before. If the title Destiny doesn't meet the expectations of the yearly earnings goal there won't be Destiny 3. Clearly this practice is highly frowned upon in the gaming community hence the massive backlash from Destiny's player base. If you support the way we are treated or have yet to realize the reality of the situation then go ahead and pay for the next DLC that we already paid for in silver. It's just a matter of time before the last few remaining players see this and move onto better games which I will not mention.
-
Yeah, we are getting to the point where the best raiders have infused all the gear they wanted and now wait for the April update or another DLC.

10 OdpowiedziA light level increase is coming, why bother grinding and battling the double/triple RNG when we can just wait? Many are just waiting now, hoping that it's back to just 1 level of RNG and not this double/triple RNG we're dealing with. (In case you aren't sure of the double/triple RNG, it's: 1) Getting a drop to begin with 2) Getting a hard level drop over a normal drop 3) Getting a light level at max/higher than what you have)

I'm 319 on al characters don't want to spend hours for shity drops anymore......
