So I bought a scuff mid December didn't receive it until January 5th. When I received it within 5 seconds of using it I realize the L1 button does not work. They clearly state on their website that all controllers are hand tested before shipping but whatever a few bad ones may slip through no big deal I'll just send it back.
So I contacted them and they gived me a shipping label and everything. So I immediately sent it back. They also told me it takes between 9-11 days for it to be fixed. So after 2 weeks I email them asking for the progress of my controller I was told the team is currently working on the repairs now and they will email me shortly when the controller is shipped. A week goes by and no email. So I email them again and I got the same exact response. At this point I was getting annoyed so I call them and said if the controller is not fix by Tuesday I just want a refund.(this past Tuesday ). So Tuesday comes around no email so I called them again told the guy what was going on(he didn't care). So anyways I ask for a refund. The guy said I should be receive my refund within 2 days.
That being said if you don't get a defective you will love the controller but if you have to deal with their shitty customer service you will go mad.
If you are on Xbox buy the elite controller.
