Now if you worry about litigation, here is how to get around that In our "rift ball" pose the right leg would be extended and left bent(opposite of statue) and the out stretched arm would bend slightly at elbow as opposed to straight and the hand would be fingers together and closed like signing to stop with it perpendicular. It would be close enough to be it without infringing if it is trademarked, though body positions generally aren't. So if not then do the real deal. Woohoo the game feed would say............. player1 strikes a pose

The dodge agents do in The Matrix would be nice. If you come across a sniper just hit that emote and dodge all of their bullets. That'll solve the sniper problem

(Not using super of course) Shadow stalker doing a shade step back flip or something Storm caller pretends head is a Tesla coil with electric arcs streaming from their head. Strikers do a pseudo falcon punch (with shoulder charge effect around fist) Blade dancer...dances with their arc blades Sunsinger holds a mini solar grenade in hand and deeply observes it. Voidwalkers pretend to "ponder" while a dark void mist "steams" from their head. Gunslingers do ocelot (Metal Gear 3) type gun handling tricks with their golden gun. Edited for awesomeness.
