If you're already big (fat) then start working out. You'll start to lose weight, gain muscle, look better and feel better about yourself.

1 OdpowiedźWhile I understand weight loss is a complicated issue and everyone is different, it can sometimes be as simple as burning more calories than you take in throughout the day. Calculate how many calories you take in per day (obviously try to eat healthier if it's a high number) and then figure out what it would take to burn more than that. Get a fitbit or something and figure out how many calories your burn normally. For exercise, I would start with running if you can handle it. If not, just try to get your heart rate up for 30 mins a day. If you burn more calories than you take in, you'll lose weight I promise.

Look up 5x5 You'll get mad strength. Also if you really want to shed that fat off go on a diet and maybe some HIIT cardio. Diet is the most important thing here. Also building muscle should be easier since you have slow metabolism. The more muscle you build the least fat you have.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Stargazer_Lily: 1/21/2016 1:34:26 PMI was on a diet where I ate a small amount of food every 2 to 3 hours. It's good for the metabolism. Here is an example day: 1/4 cup oatmeal 1 egg, 2 pieces of bacon Handful of almonds Half a can of tuna An apple Boneless skinless chicken breast with some brown rice, I usually seasoned it with curry I lost 35 pounds in 4 months and my wife lost 40 pounds. Also, I wasn't working out, we lost all that weight just from eating. It takes a few days to get used to eating less but it's well worth it. Sweet potato instead of potato. Brown rice instead of white rice. No corn or bread. Those 4 foods turn to sugar which turn to fat. Avoid them. Avoid all sugar or fat.

4 OdpowiedziEat things that are low in processed sugar. Only eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Use this rule: if your grandmother looked at it and could tell you that it's food, then you should eat it. Cardio and condition are the best. Swimming, running, walking, Zumba, or playing a sport will work for cardio. Power yoga, lifting weights, sit ups, push ups, or using stretch bands are good for conditioning.
