What's 55 degrees Fahrenheit to you?
I live in Florida, it's down to 55 and I'm freezing my ass off.

I wore a light hoodie with a wind chill of -1 today and wasn't cold.

I live in Tennessee, so to me 55 is cold as -blam!-. When my dad was stationed in North Dakota, it was warm though.

Multiply that 55° F by two and ask people living in Phoenix, and the results will still be the same.

When I'm indoors and used to being indoors? 55 is cold as shit. When I'm outdoors? 55 is great.

I live in New York. In winters it can stay anywhere from around 30 to -8. Summers can be anything from 70-110. I always wear short sleeve shirts so 55 is around sweatshirt temp. for me. So yeah, chilly. My good range is anywhere from high 50's to low 80's.

Between chilly and warm. For me, chilly is in the low forties, high thirties. Thirty and below is cold.
