Pretty cold fam, although in my area, houses aren't as well sealed as European/American Housing, and clothing designed to break the wind is scarce. A guy who moved here from Alaska said he was even colder here than when he lived at home.

From my view, 55 degrees is rather warm considering many areas I visit have no atmosphere.
