Now what usually took your special slot in y1?
Were snipers a problem in y1? What adjustment to snipers makes them OP now, because if it's shotguns being nerf'd (especially when they needed them) then snipers aren't OP, shotguns just need a looking at.
As an edit I mean in pvp
Well there is a very close tie between snipers and shotguns. Now from playing back then I know what wasn't true.
Some of you aren't being entirely honest. Ratio of shotguns to snipers was like 8:1 back then. My question is asking you in year 1, what was your special weapon favorite.

Only reason people say there "op" now is because they are more widely used. In year one no one paid mind to a sniper because they had there shotty now everyone has fallen for bungies placebo and is using snipers. I feel no difference in shottys then I did in year 1. Btw people 90%. Of bungies updates are placebos you just see that your gun is nerfed so you automatically think it's no good. Funny thing is people never touched a auto rifle till the last patch when they got a .004% increase and you know what? I see quite a few autos now in crucible. People in this community are easily bent by psychology and bungie uses that to its fullest potential.

Depends on activity I guess.. Pve I would either run found verdict or NY arc felwinters, or ice breaker. PvP it was same shotguns, and preadyths revenge

The black hammer pre nerf (before white nail) will be my favorite all time special.

8 OdpowiedziSnipers haven't been touched since Y1. They're almost (if not exactly) the same. It's just that they're used more now and people don't know how to handle it, so they cry nerf instead.
