I'm just going to say it.... Hung Jury is better than VoC

Never thought I'd say anything like that, but it's true. The only thing that holds me back is that VoC is an elemental primary. But I still think Hung Jury has good enough perks to make up for it.
[b]Triple Tap > Full auto[/b]
I know that full auto is a favorite of lots of people, but in all reality, it's convenient at best on a mid-RoF scout. With triple tap, hitting all crits will give you 23 total rounds in the mag (29 with extended mag). When you're a stickler for headshots like me, that's way better than full auto
[b]Firefly >>> Zen moment[/b]
Especially with the addition of hand-laid-stock on Hung Jury, Hung Jury has the stability that a maxed out zen moment perk would give. Firefly is just incredible
[b]Hunt Jury sights > VoC sights[/b]
This is just my opinion, but I love the combat sights and the iron sights on Hung Jury. I do not care for red-eye.
VoC does win out on mag-size and elemental damage, but I think hung jury perks are good enough to overcome it.

With my Titan one every weapon has full Auto. But even without it Hung Jury is the better weapon, yes. It's so damn stable and deals out so much damage to trashmobs that you cannot deny it. The only thing that is better on the VoC is the elemental damage of couse. But that's a thing of the past and we shouldn't take it into account imo.

Tbh I prefer the cocytus (firefly+triple tap) to the hung jury as the firefly effect hits harder due to higher impact. It also 1 shots all red bar lower tier enemies. Plus I love quick draw and stability on a scout isn't even that important when it's lower ROF.

No, VoC is so great and it is reminiscent of how good elemental primaries were. I do agree with you that the Hung Jury is a godly Pve scout, but the Vision is the reigning champion of all scout

1 OdpowiedźI love Hung Jury and mine is 320 however, to say that it is better than VOC is like saying imago loop is better than Fatebringer. Long live VOC!

Now, while I agree with Firefly, because that's my favorite perk ever, I gotta say that Full Auto wins out over Triple Tap. I had a full auto Zero Point LOTP with firefly and full auto and it was amazing.

Why do people not go for extended mag? Stupids… you can get 28ish rounds before releasing with minimal increase to recoil.

Haven't found anything quite as nice as voc. For some reason I can't get into hung jury. Have always loved scouts so thought I would be in heaven they way people talked. So I bought it and tried using it some. But I dunno. All other omolon stuff I love. Including the similar scouts. But something about hung jury I can't get into. Liking the suros scout. Forget which one. Forty something :)

It's hard to say really.......since their base stats are pretty much equal. If voc was year2, I would probably use both. I know it's not a real advantage or whatever, but stable..full auto scouts are still a lot of fun.

7 OdpowiedziI agree. Nostalgia will turn people the other way. However full auto is a waste of a perk, as simple trigger timing will do the same thing. The combination of extended mag and triple tap will get you 29 shots in the mag. Making it outstanding for tougher enemies that take longer to kill. Also firefly is incredible and probably the best perk in the game on a primary weapon. It's one of the main reasons that fatebringer was so valued in year 1. Obviously there is the lack of an element. But it's a non factor in year 2 as there is only 1 elemental primary.
