Mida is more popular and more annoying than Thorn ever was
Before you read this: [i]YES[/i], I AM A YEAR ONE PLAYER.
I've never seen full teams of randoms with thorn as consistently as I see the same with Mida. Mida killing me isn't what's annoying, it's just the fact that everyone uses it and it forces everyone in the crucible to conform to one playstyle. There is absolutely zero diversity in the crucible. Don't go spouting off a ten paragraph essay about how Mida is balanced, because I agree. We just need autos to be actually buffed, pulses to be nerfed properly (how they were going to be nerfed before bungie lied to us), and handcannons and scouts to stay the same.
Edit: Damn, so much hate. Never intended to make anybody angry, but if you are, you probably only read the title and in a blind rage, posted your wittiest insult and left. Comment "Latias" if you read the whole thing so I can decide whether or not to ignore you.
Edit: The wording is bad for the part about pulses, I want them buffed up to the original state before bungie nerfed them, and bring them down to what bungie [i]said[/i] they were going to do before they lied

6 OdpowiedziI'll say it again. Bungie had PvP balanced at the end of 2014. The only issue people truly wanted addressed were Pulse Rifles and a majority agreed. What happened is still what is happening now. A huge lack of parity in crucible. In order to balance a game like this that has unique weapons and such with differ perks is to make the overall experience more normalized. Then make sure the benefit perks give a weapon a certain feel and flow. If you were year 1, then you know what I'm talking about. Auto rifles and hand cannons competed at better ranges and both were equally deadly. Scout rifles wrecked at mid-long range. All the weapons in general pressured snipers and the overall flow of PvP felt more balanced than the current state now. The only thing they had to do was fix Pulse Rifles, that's it. Instead we have the bastardized eb and flow of terrible patches.

I think the best way to deal with mida is to drop the aim assistance [spoiler] Mida had nothing in thorn, that shit was horrible[/spoiler]

Latias. But no. Close though. Thorn was a true exotic weapon and caused a wave. It is still viable even now. People are finding other scouts with similar rolls/stats to mida. Even better pulses as their nerf wasnt extremely effective. The auto from banner is sweet and ive been killed plenty by doctorine. Hand cannons need a buff to compete not overwhelm.

Now it just comes down to who has better aim or is more creative. [spoiler]when I say creative I mean using more esoteric/unexpected strategies that is not completely idiotic. Case in point: my titans best crucible game. I was running last word and I had b point locked down simply because I was constantly hugging the roof with lift in that ring section outside the point. That day I learned that no one ever looks up. [/spoiler]

The reason that Mida is more popular than Thorn was because you actually had to complete a bounty to get Thorn when Mida was sold by Xûr and it's sold in the Vanguard room.

No -blam!-ing way. Hand cannons need to be rebuffed they never need a nerf in the first place. The stability on them is way unaccdptable and now all you see in the hand cannon game is last word. Why is that? Because last word is the empitome of ease of use. Fully automatic, and rewards an unskilled hand? Bring back the stability to where it was and give them the -blam!-ing reserve ammo back so i can use it properly without having to run low on ammo in PVP.

Yeah I don't see how mida is op or anything, but when I see a lot of people sing it I get annoyed and try to make em suffer.
