4 OdpowiedziBigger means more attacks and more downtime. PSN is very popular and draws a lot of unwanted attacks. It's electronic terrorism and will, eventually, be dealt with as such. In the mean time, PSN will handle outages in the most expeditious manner their company policy allows. It's not how long you are down, it's how much of that downtime you direct to prevention and toughening resistance to further attacks. Give them time to implement processes that prevent and deter attacks. The people making it their job to drop network services are criminals. They will be stopped.

You do have a point that Xbox seems more reliable in the online department when it comes to being attacked but PlayStation receives much more traffic than Xbox which can be concluded from the amount of each console sold. Since PlayStation sold much more consoles than Xbox upon releasing the ps4, companies saw the opportunity it had with PlayStation rather than Xbox. (Note: console wars are stupid in the end , we all are gamers who have preferences)

Being the popular one always gets the attention. Just like in 2014, Xbox was not affected as badly because whatever their cause is, referring to groups like Lizard squad, they will not get as many users upset and angry like they would with PSN. Larger crowd- larger upset. That's why PSN was down longer, there's a lot more servers to repair and stuff to fix with all that online activity. They got the vouchers they needed for profit and stated how shitty the security is. So I guess that's a plus for Xbox live, less people are on it, so targeting it is pointless for those attacks trying to acquire mass attention.

Stores were almost begging people to buy and xbox one but they have came a long way. Except that every game still runs better on ps4 . By the way before anyone calls me a sony fanboy i have to say if the tables were turned i Wouldn't have the slightest problem trading my ps4 for a xbox. Facts are facts though and you cant dispute that ps4 is the the more powerful and better at running games. Ive had all systems including ps1,xbox,dreamcast,64,wii,ps2,360,ps3, ps4 and yes xbox 1 . Ps4 anit all gravy though cause they seem to be pushing shit indie to much and xbox most definitely has better people looking out for what gamers want. If sony ruins things with crap inde and vr then i will be going back to xbox country.

That's why ps4 has sold twice the amount of units then xb1. The only people I know with xb1 aren't gamers and just bought one for their kids lol. I don't even think ones better then the other I'm just glad I went with Sony
