Implement the PROMISED fixes to the Vex. Then bring it to year 2. Bring Icebreaker back (idc if bungie said they aren't)

1 OdpowiedźThe problem is that there's pretty much a Year 2 version for most of these weapons, albeit with different exotic perks and all. Except Thorn. We all remember how Dames of Destiny went. >,>
