After the court ruling, Marty was stripped of possessing or performing Music of the Spheres, and he had to return promotional CD copies of it. Bungie has done nothing with it other than put one track as their Twitch countdown, and cut up the tracks to sell as "excerpts" on the official soundtrack. You can hear pieces of them tacked on to certain parts of the campaign.
