15 Motes of Light = 1st completed Public Event on each Character.
Motes of Light come way too easily in this game. You can easily obtain 15 motes in less than 10 mins in this game.
If anything, they should increase the amount of Motes being gifted, give us a random legendary weapon, or nerf hunters. ;)
If you really need these 15 motes then you don't know how to fully maximize your potential of obtaining motes.
15 strange coins isn't much either. And I am sure the emblem will be some random ugly looking garbage.
Bungie has no idea how to rewards it's players. More proof than they are so detached with its fanbase and just greedy.

I always read posts on here and wonder if these are the same kids that after opening a ton of gifts at Christmas look at their parents and say, "is that really it?"
