The people with skill (broad term here but let's count everyone who doesn't buy the level up) will have wildly better gear, resources, and gameplay ability than anyone who purchases the timesaver. Oooooooookaaaaaaay so people who are already level 40 and are most likely 300+ light are moaning coz someone who is level 1 can jump to level 25? Pay to win is paying for an advantage over others ie i can pay for upgrades etc on warframe and upgrade my character faster then people who dont pay Whereas on destiny someone can pay and jump to level 25 by paying yeah not much of an advantage over us lot all that person is doing is giving themselves an advantage If bungie introduced a system where you could pay for a a full set of 320 gear then that would be pay to win
