2 OdpowiedziI honestly don't see how someone buying their way to 25 makes them at all competitive against people who are 310+ and have dozens of raid completions under their belts. What exactly do you win by buying your way to 25? Or at all, for that matter? Destiny isn't a claw machine, you don't get a toy at the end for beating Oryx. So how do you win at Destiny? I'm legitimately curious about this whole "Destiny is going pay to win OMG it's teh suck Destiny is ded lolz" stuff I keep seeing here. So I ask again. What exactly does one do to "win" in Destiny that can be bought? And what does one win, anyway, other than either satisfaction of beating a tough boss, or disappointment that the boss was not tougher? Perhaps I'm just playing the game incorrectly, because I have yet to "win" anything from Destiny.

Don't look up and use a definition if it works against you. With that being said, do I slide these microtransactions being added? No. Are they over priced? Incredibly so. But are the people who do this using a "pay to win" option? Look at the very definition you provided, and you will see the answer is no.
