You are all idiots. You are all desticles. They lied to all of us. Only cosmetic items for microtransactions huh? Are level boosts, weapon telemetrys, etc cosmetic? Hell no. Clearly not. Desticles OPEN YOUR EYES, destiny is dead.

4 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika The 75th Zebra: 12/18/2015 10:02:41 PMGod, see this is why I knew it would be a bad idea to bring these type of games to consoles. PC players understand (mainly wow players) that this is not even close to pay to win. In world of Warcraft if you purchase the newest dlc you will get a level boost up to level 100, or you can start a death knight and hop to level 35 I believe (correct me if wrong haven't started a new character in a while). That is not pay to win. While you may get the level boost you still have to earn and get your rewards. You still have to play the game to progress. It's just levels. It's a starting package. It is not pay to win. If you want true pay to win, go play advanced warfare, gun skill was based off of how lucky your drops were or how much money you spent on advanced supply drops. While I cannot defend bungie when it comes to them saying it will be purely cosmetic, I can defend the package itself. If it was truly pay to win, they would be able to buy the package and hop straight into the raid/trials, which they can not.

I'm fine with them selling level boost it's so new players can play end game with thier friends
-
If it's dead then why are you playing and/or still on this forum?
-

-
I'm a stupid sheep that's why I play
-
Pesticles...whatchyagonnado?
-
Jesus you sound like an upset kid that didn't get what they were promised for Christmas. If you don't like it, stop playing.

Why not comment in one of the other dozen threads about this exact same topic......you are bringing nothing new to the table. Do we really have to beat a dead horse 1000 times.

6 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Benstopher: 12/18/2015 12:29:32 PMTo OP, the complete moron, a desticle is classified as someone who posts about Destiny in offtopic. You are a retard. Also, who cares, it's for level 25 shit to help you boost quicker to 40 on a new character. It won't get you light level 290, much less 310 or 320.
-
7 OdpowiedziHow is this still a thing!? You don't win anything! U go to lvl 25. You can't even equip exotics till you are 40. You are the reason poptarts have directions.
-
If your new and want to level fast go to tower find a lvl 40 and ask them to do refer a friend quest they will probably do it save money
-
Next will be 280 gear, and people will say it's only 280 gear you can get it anywhere. It's going to spiral from here mark my words.

Calls us desticles Has 40+ days played

OP, I believe that I lost a few brain cells from reading this garbage you posted... Petition to force the OP to wear fluffy mittens so he can't type anymore nonsense like this.

5 OdpowiedziMy concern is the cost creep. Regardless if it's affecting you, doesn't the cost seem a bit much? We have seen transaction maximums creeping higher and higher. A $10 star tracker was a bit much, $40 to power level to 25 is insane no matter how you look at it. It will eventually effect us all. $1-$5 I can stomach. What little value those items have is in the eye of the beholder, and they are largely irrelevant to the game. I'm more or less ok with that. Charging what is essentially the going rate for the game to skip half the game raises questions. We as players have questioned yr 1 quality till the horse is dead, then beat the shit out of it. This pricing is a non verbal agreement from Bungie. You can argue other games do it, and that's fine. Here we are talking $40 to skip a few hours. Even playing casually there is no value in $40 to skip what can be done in just a little play time. Even then all that's gained for that amount of money is a full sub and admittance to TTK content. Bungie is effectively admitting vanilla has no value in content but then charging players to skip it. If it's good then a $5 pack of telemetries, focus light, what have you would shorten the time to level while still enjoying the content. Apparently it's not good. However, I'm most concerned about the message sent to Bungie when these overpriced micros (macros?) are purchased. The willingness to drop $10 on a largely worthless tracker (aka buying armor) shows them that we are willing to spend whatever on whatever. It is entirely possible to see $15-$20 transactions now. Go ahead and deny it, but this was said when $5 emotes showed up. Now you have $5 sparrows. Many claimed that the introduction of micros as a slippery slope. I argue respectfully that we have begun the slide. It's not about pay to win as much as it is about gouging the player base, which is insulting. Regardless of differing opinions we all deserve better. My 2 cents...

I don't care.....

If Activision pays them for marketing that shi*, let' em do their work. I can not bring myself to recognize them as legit gamers, maybe my personal opinion, since they buy a game they apparently don't plan on spending time playing with. Why bother on gaming then? The forum is a source for direct feedback, don't tell me everyone attending is a legit gamer

While I hate this too and really can't defend it either, they technically didn't lie. They said this wouldn't be sold for silver which it isn't, it's still f**ked up as hell but there you go. I'm kind of hoping that because it's ridiculously over priced for what it is it will put players off buying it just to prove a point, while it still doesn't make it p2w it's beginning to toe the line and that's not a good thing imo.

3 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Jiggyfly1701: 12/17/2015 3:32:21 PMI'm indifferent. So what? As long as exotic weapons or special armor is never exclusive to paying, I don't care. Your a loser if you spend money to take all the fun out of a game and be halfway to max level. On the other hand, so what if you want to buy emotes. Do as you please. I personally will not and have not spent any money on emotes or anything of that nature. Take a break with destiny like alot of people. The microtransaction business model is not a new one. Remember in black ops 2 they sold thousands of camos that people payed for? I do. So what. If you have any intelligence you will realize you don't have to buy them and shouldn't. "Destiny is dead" then leave. Less cancerous people on the forums= good. It's not hard. Take the disc out of your console. Take it to a gamestop. Trade it in for 2 dollars of in-store credit. /solved. Buy fallout 4. Enjoy it. It's a great game to sub in for destiny. Never personally was into the earlier games but I fell in love with fallout 4.

They said Eververse would stay cosmetic. The booster packs aren't being sold through Eververse. They didn't lie.
-
Pay to win, getting to level 25 gives you no advantage over players in end games content, if people want to waste money on something that stupid go right ahead, but it really isn't something to complain about, if it was a boost to 310 light then you can get mad
-
$30 Your an ass if u buy these
-
You're an idiot, a boost to level 25 doesn't do shit for you. The game doesn't even really start till level 40, then its all RNG from there on. Calm the -blam!- down! I feel your character should start at level 25 by default if you purchase TTK.
-
$30 for a boost that doesn't get you to endgame activities and become irrelevant in 5 levels....... Tell me again why that bothers you.
