Edit: I would like to thank all the people who respectfully commented. I don't mind if you think differently about the nerf as long as you are not a jerk about it.
Edit 2: wow!! Over 200 comments!
Edit 3: over 300!!! Woohoo!! Keep it going guys!! :)
Edit 4: 500 overnight!!! Wow!
Edit 5: 600?!?!? I can't believe it! It seems like the majority think that the sunbreaker nerf was fine. We will see.
Edit 6: how is sunbreaker overpowered if I can fight two of them kill one and survive the other? Btw this was pre nerf
Edit 7: I just direct hit a warlock and he didn't die!! I think that's enough proof that it was an overboard nerf. Also the warlock didn't have a super or shield. Just a plain warlock that survived a point-blank hammer.

I totally agree I've been a Titan since beta love playing my striker, using defender in crucible is always a good challenge and sunbreakers were just kings of crucible. I also agree before the Nerf they were OP and unfair. But now it's just a pile of crap I've tried and tested so many sunbreaker builds and the super is just way too weak; 90% of the times you will not a get kill with the super I get more kills with a sun breaker shoulder charge than I would with hammers. A super should be OP as hell for all classes cause hey it's a super where you do super Shit and cause super destruction and havoc without any skill involved because a super should make you super awesome in the moments you have it activated. People need to stop complaining, noobs should learn how crawl before they walk. But this is just my opinion. Let's trying getting bungie to make all the supers just super awesome.

1 OdpowiedźReal Titans use strikers.
-
2 OdpowiedziI main Titan and no they were not overboard
-
2 OdpowiedziThis is referring to Edit 7. The Warlock was probably a Max Armor Ram wearing Warlock. They can tank hammers.

2 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika REXEL: 12/13/2015 9:12:37 PMIt needed a rework but they went overboard with it. Had a few instances the other day where someone would survive a hammer (had a warlock with os survive one directly). Having something like that happen is enough to stop me from using the subclass, and use striker just for consistency. It had its uses in pve and now it isn't even really viable in that with some of the changes.

7 OdpowiedziI think it's perfect how it is now. Pre-nerf Titans had 7 hammers with the blast radius of an incendiary grenade, incredible speed, crazy good range, and extremely high armor. It literally made Bladedancer irrelevant. But luckily two of those things I mentioned got changed, and put it more in-line with the other roaming supers.

4 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Racebum: 12/13/2015 9:42:45 PMPeople will bitch about anything that kills them. When you consider a lot of these guys actually have a love for one class more than another it's not surprising that they will complain if they don't play a Titan. Because of course complaining is easier than well I don't know maybe playing the Titan? They should have left Bladedancer alone. That's what started this whole nerf supers business
-
5 OdpowiedziOkay then buff bd too
-
1 Odpowiedźyou must have gone against the shittiest sunbreakers in existence
-
I played a titan and the only thing I thought ever needed to be nerfed was the cool down on cauterize that's it. Rest was fine and fit the titan class like it should.
-
The nerf was to much... what do people do when they hear a sunbreaker? They go super sweaty and pull out there shotguns and snipers ready to spam us. Before patch it wasn't that bad because we had the extra armor. But now having snipers and shotguns spamming us, it's kinda hard to get kills. I think I made my point, the armor decreased way to much, the sunbreakers need more armor because players automatically play aggressive towards them.
-
Thank you i main a titan and I thought the armor was too much although I don't agree with any of the other nerfs
-
I have yet to find one post about sunbreaker being a problem in PvE, yet we get the shit end of the stick. Again. What's up with not separating nerfs guys? C'mon. We're 15 months in now? Not counting years of development.
-
It's still a solid super, they destroyed blade dancer
-
I don't like the explosive radius nerf. The other day I got meleed to death BECAUSE THE GUY WOULDN'T DIE WHEN I WAS THROWING THE HAMMER RIGHT NEXT TO HIM!!!
-
6 OdpowiedziTotally agree... Bungie nerfed it too much it was fine as it was before patch, just people who complain about it needs to get some skills and adapt to it

1 OdpowiedźStriker was buffed lol striker was better than sunbreaker to begin with... if you main titan since day one you know this.. we dont need no hammers
-
Who cares. Striker Titan for life!
-
I haven't even noticed it besides the increased melee range. If cal it an overall buff, considering I never use tracking or sunstrike.
-
10 OdpowiedziThey didn't nerf it...they buffed it. They added a perk called 'skill'
-
Ever since they nerfed the sun breaker I have seen a lot of strikers, including me
-
The class that gets -blam!-ed now in trials is self res. so many times I've seen players get sniped out of their res it's depressing lol and on top of that it's an easy shotgun melee.
-
It now limits the range and survivability of the class, 2 things the class excelled at. It's now more on par with other supers.
