Why are full fireteams 4700+ grimoire players playing Classic 6v6?
So my boyfriend just got me into Destiny since I like PvP in other games. I start up the playlist that he says is the easiest, Classic 6v6. Every game it's high level, flawless emblem players? Even full fireteams of 4700+ grimoire players? Why?
Are the new maps that bad (haven't tried regular control or clash or whatever) or are people that desperate for stat padding?

TBA is completely correct. I just like the Y1 maps a lot more than the Y2 maps, and classic modes are the only way to be certain you get Y1 maps. Then again, I'm not a 4700+ elitest.

I think that people can play classic 6v6 even with y2 guns and have ttk, etc. But to go in with a full team of try hards for classic 6v6? people are all in rift or trials so its hard to find a match, i was playing classic rumble yesterday and there were only 4 people in like every game RIP DESTINY

Yeah it's stat padding. I often play the classic lists cause I enjoy the old maps and hope for shores of time every once in a while. But I do it by myself. Like usual when I play crucible. They go in there looking to tear up 34s and up their kds. I wrecked a 4 man fireteam last night as they thought I was a scrub like the rest. 35 kill clash match with a reactive reload pulse. Let's just say they left matchmaking.

What part of classic maps even suggests low level newbs only? Many people on here were playing those maps a long time before the current ones. Why should they stop?

2 OdpowiedziThe newest players are actually in the new map playlists. The people in Classic 6v6 are more likely to be veterans who started off in Vanilla.

I literally hate all year 2 maps except memento with a passion. Ill always start on the year 2 playlist, but if I get annoyed by the CQC style of all the maps then I go to the year1 list

They're stat whores. I tried it for half an hour and got 2 'we ran out of medals' (25 kill streaks) got bored shitless left and never returned. How is stomping 12 year olds and players with 3 hours game time enjoyable?
