BEST SCOUT RIFLE IN DESTINY
The best scout rifle is.....tlaloc, hung jury seems like a piece of crap in front of it, frankly I don't see anyone in crucible ever using it, I got 35 kills with it in this round, I even OUTGUN PULSE RIFLES in the video, either ways I don't see why people even say hung jury is better.. Anyone want to explain?

Best scout for what though? In PvP Tlaloc is going to be a beast, but in PvE that Hung Jury with firefly is going to wreck mobs.

With a super up, tlaloc is like mida on roids. I don't have it cause I don't wanna grind gunsmith on my warlock but it wrecks . Godly in the right hands

Year 1 would have to be MIDA and Vision of Confluence. Year 2 would be Hung Jury for me. Haven't been able to get Tlaloc yet

PvP and PvE have different priorities. Tlaloc is great once you have your super in PvP. The stock DO Hung Jury is great for PvE. But once MIDA is back your Tlaloc will have real competition from the very first seconds of the match.
