Why is the sunbreaker being nerfed?
I'm a 302 Titan and to be honest.......the sun breaker doesn't need to be nerfed. The sun breaker can still be defeated by
.Long range snipers
.Nova bomb
.Golden gun
.Fist of havoc
.Night stalker
.Sunsinger...well not really unless your really lucky.
.Arc blades
.Grenades
.Stormcaller
To be honest if there was one thing I would nerf it would be the golden gun.
3 shots 1 hit killing any other enemy.
The golden gun lasts for 15-30 seconds.
While they can both kill each over 1 shot why is bungie picking on sun breakers?
Most of the people who are say "Nerf sun breaker" are players who don't have the taken king. WHY ARE YOU GUYS WHINING? You non-taken king players can kill us sun breakers no matter the weapon.
Why is bungie picking on titans? NERFING A SUNBREAKER? Bungie I don't know what idea you guys are coming up with but come on! Nerfing A SUBCLASS? You guys need to stop whining and grow up. Bungie. I honestly really hope you guys re think you guys are gonna do.

12 OdpowiedziI hate all the nerfs in Destiny. I'm happy that Titans finally got their time to shine in pvp. But when everyone is forced to run to survive, as the hammer striking an anvil resonates, something has to to be tweaked. Hopefully it will be reasonable and fair. Wouldn't that be nice for a change.

If you get killed by all those before you can kill them you need more practice. Each one of the things you say can kill you, you're able to one shot with a hammer.

2 OdpowiedziBecause the stupidity of this community can't take many real factors into account which shows how ineffective ur points are Arcblade is useless and a sitting duck against a sunbreaker, a class which is supposed to be a close range specialist I've reacted first and headshot many titans only to never have enough time for a follow up No player is THAT stupid to simply just soak up that much damage which u can easily eradicate in 1 shot at many ranges with EASE A stupid 5% defense reduction still won't fix it. It still outclasses all supers combined... You're defenseless against it at any range and won't deal enough damage in time for a proper counter. It lasts extremely long and is easy to tank through everything If u can't take timing and proper counters into account instead of assuming a stupid player will just let theirselves take that much damage or follow up damage as op and many others in here claim, then ure part of the problem and rampant idiocy in these forums

I think that Nerf in PvP Buff in pve I use sunbreaker in pve and it feels Like it hardly does anything when everything is shooting you and you try for one target maybe a group In KF Oryx it feels horrid especially against light eaters or majors

Contrary to popular belief they do actually research before nerfing things and if they choose to nerf sunbreaker then that is because the raw data shows it gives an unfair advantage in pvp. Regardless of how many counters there are and how many of them you have killed if the sunbreaker consistently gets more kills than intended then it will be nerfed and there is nothing wrong with that. Also most of the things on your list are other supers and I can put down any other super fairly regularly with a shotgun and my fist in pvp and you can't do that with a sunbreaker.

Someone already said this but i want to say it again. Snipers which one black spindle? The only one that can unless they dont have gear that boosts their armor. Grenades? Really? Let me just sunsinger and throw 10 firebolts at him and hope he dies from them. Blade dancer must hit you twice and if a sun breaker lets you that close they suck. Nightstalker cant in one shot from what ive seen it just drops them out of it but way after the hunter has died. Gun slinger must fire 2 rounds to kill him leaving you with one shot left also it lasts 16 seconds not 15-30 its 16 if you dont fire a single shot. Nova bomb can cool its a -blam!-ing bomb and have the blast radius of a melee also its one shot not 7 like sun breakers have it also doesnt have a good tracking perk and doesnt heal you when you kill with it to top it off you dont get a huge armor boost when you use it. Sunsinger...are you serious? How? Plx explain. Stormcaller yea after like 5 seconds of just spamming lightning into him by that time he can pop off two or three hammers kill you then float off. Striker yea it can kill anyone it has an AoE the size of Orxy's shots of course it can but again you have to be close or have fist of havox and its also, like the nova bomb, a one time answer. Only viable option to kill a sunbreaker is another sunbreaker and thats just stupid. In the end they need a nerf. 5% less armor, take away the healing from kills and reduce their timer to 15 seconds so they only get 3 hammers maybe 4 is fine.

Hammer has 55% armor boost. 26 second super. 6-7 hammers. Cauterize. Golden gun has 0% armor. 12-14 second super. 3 shots. No health regen

And you complain about a hunter getting 3 shots? Please.
