It's not actually a fair fight. In canon, Guardians aren't really perturbed by death unless in an area of high concentration of darkness.

Guardian would EMP Earth (maybe further), Fallen would see its OP-ness and ditch Earth for the Moon, we would stay and fight. No ships, no electricity, no Arc abilities. Guardian would just command some of its wing parts to slam down on the guardians or order an army of Prometheans to "enforce".

SPOILERS FOR HALO 5 AHEAD[/i] [spoiler][i]At the end of Halo 5, the Forerunner Guardian that arrived at Earth used something akin to an EMP that is implied to have knocked out all electronics on and around Earth. This thing sent the[/i] Infinity [i]running scared, and[/i] Infinity [i]is supposed to be the most powerful ship in the galaxy right now.[/i][/spoiler] [i]I really don't think a fight would ever take place, due to the Forerunner Guardian's ability to trigger EMPs. It's dubious whether or not the EMP would knock out Ghosts, but it would certainly cut the power for all Destiny Guardian's jumpships. All Destiny Guardian's would either be stranded on the planet below, or would be left drifting in space. With no way to fight, the Forerunner Guardian wins this completely unopposed. [/i]
