A -blam!-ING CHAPERONE NERF?! This update is atrocious, and it seals the deal. Destiny is ruined.
this is the only weapon in destiny I've never heard anyone complain about.
look at my k/d, I'm not that good, I worked my ass off for that weapon. now they lower base damage but increase precision damage?
news flash bungie, IT ALREADY ONE HIT TO THE HEAD. now I'm gonna have to two shot the enemy to the body EVEN IF THEYVE ALREADY TAKEN DAMAGE. absolute bullshit in every form.
my friends and I actually joked about this gun getting nerfed because it was clear it never would, BUT YOU ACTUALLY DID IT. you are driving you're game so far down in this -blam!-ing pit it's ridiculous.
wow a precision range buff, something it definitely didn't need. this only hurts the weapon in pvp, which might I add is the only thing it's ever going to be used in. the weapon is useless in pve.
if anyone reading this ever actually thought the chaperone was overpowered, you truly are a real scrub lmfao. for the amount of effort to obtain the weapon it should have been LOADS better, and now bungie openly takes a shit on this shit weapon.
what about hand cannons?! accuracy increased. are they openly admitting the last patch made random bullets that should of hit, JUST NOT -blam!-ING HIT. regardless, all legendary hand cannons are still gonna be weak as shit, so what's the goddamn point?!
AND, to top it all off, they are only releasing TWO time gated exotics. this means one class, if not two, will not be getting a new exotic.
bungies incompetence continues to shine in this update. -blam!-ing degenerates ruining their own game. wish year two and taken king never happened. they forgot how to have fun.

They killed destiny a long time ago buddy hope your just not figuring that out and do you really rely on that gun so much as your Crichton to put a massive rant on here that biggie will never see or not give a shit about this is nothing new find a different weapon to use I used to abuse the hell out of shotguns in pvp now I've switched to my sniper (no I don't use my 1000 yard stare ) to mix things up a bit I'm able to use all the weapon types fairly decently now all not all that great atm bit in getting by learn to do the sane and stop posting stupid bitch ass rants on here. P.s. if you don't like it then just leave and toss all the money you threw at the screen. I'm mad at biggie but I'm not going to quit or bitch because I've spent to much money to simply leave and I have no control over what they do so ranting does no good other than annoy other players. P.s.s. in done now :D

All it does is punish body shots more. If anything, its a buff in the right direction, since now you can headshot people out of revives. (In theory anyways.)

This is one that I'm not actually upset about. It will headshot from a million miles away but now people can't abuse it's range to body shot kill. Who knows how it will fare through all of the shotgun nerfs though. It's probably ruined like every other shotgun.

you have to remember if you have a maxed out chaperone and its equiped your primary gets to the roadborn stuff if you kill with precision

I really can't believe this is a problem for you... Two shot body or one shot head.. How is that much different than what you do now? If you can pull it off on a full health opponent then you should be able to do the same or better to a hurt opponent... Cry. Cry. Cry.

Chaperone is ridiculously OP and should only reward people who can actually use it correctly. And I'm tired of getting sniped by Invective from 10 meters away. Shotgun nerfs are fine.

It's not getting nerfed that much lol. It's actually buffed abut too with 1.[b][i][u]75[/u][/i][/b]; was 1.1. Imagine the damage output to supers (like sunbreakers) or in pve. It still has good tame and will possibly our class other legendary shotguns

Chaperone was one hit killing to the body at ranges that even a felwinters would cry about! It would then also kill with a headshot at range. The gun is unique in that it has no damage falloff. It's a beast that thankfully most people don't know about or use.
