Are snipers overpowered?
Here's my thoughts on the current meta. What do you guys think about the current meta and the sniper situation? Are the OP or are people just complaining?
Edit: Just to clarify I don't think snipers need to be nerfed. I think hidden hand and litc need to be changed or removed but snipers aside from that are fine.

1 OdpowiedźI wish there was an option in settings to turn off aim assist. I hate it and it screws up alot of my kills in game. In my opinion get rid of aim assist.

People been getting blasted with snipers way before this. Really doesn't mater what you do, or what you change. Snipers are snipers. And the same guns are available to everyone.

Surely parts of the weapon platform has to be based around some form of reality. So no is my answer to your question matey, not overpowered or in need of people bellowing nerf it (not that you did of course), just people complaining because you can't beat a sniper round in the face, fact!!! So keep moving and don't forget those 5 and 20's !!!

They piss their pants all over the forums about whatever gun. Then when it gets inevitably nerfed, the better players start killing them with a different gun and the whole shit show starts all over again. The better players will always kill the inferior ones no matter what you do. Stop f.ucking crying about everything.

1 OdpowiedźThe way I see it, no matter what you do they'll always two shot you from body shots, and head shots will always kill you. Some players are just too good. Yes it's annoying but I also have to give some respect to those that can pull off those crazy shots. Credit where credit is due.

4 OdpowiedziThey were never really a problem. Plus it's generally the bad pvp crowd that whines. The overwhelming majority of posts I see about snipers and AA being a crutch are coming from players who don't even yield decent stats and usually think AA does all the work for you. And this meta isn't bad anyways. It's like halo 3 again. BR and Sniper combo. I would rather get killed by a sniper and pulse than thorn and shotgun.

2 OdpowiedziPeople seem to forget that there [b]might[/b] be the possibility that the guy sniping is more skilled than the guy that gets sniped. When someone pulls of a crazy shot on me I'm like "hats off bruh, geegee". Also people seem to forget that if you choose your lines of sight wisely you won't get sniped. If snipers were really OP we would have thousands of montages. Where are the ones from the people complaining about this?
