Prior to the release of TTK Bungie stated that the rng drops would be based on the weapons and gear have received in the past. This was to ensure that you had a higher chance of receiving new weapons and gear and prevent as many drops of items you already have. Anyone else seen this work. My clanmates and I get the same weapons and gear from the raids week after week.
