So, you're complaining because you can't be a snowflake? There are other chest pieces to infuse. The chest pieces you mention are probably seen more because ppl like the aesthetics of them. Don't know if you've realized this but most ppl choose what looks better over function. They might have one or two pieces that they keep because of the stats but it's all about what looks better.
