Solution to "Touch of Malice required for Kingsfall hard mode"
In order to DPS Oryx on had mode, many require 5/6 members to have the Touch of Malice while Bungie released a gun that could serve the same purpose. Why not use the No Time to Explain puns rife? The exotic perk allows precision shots to return a shot to the magazine, so as long as your hitting Oryx's weak spot it should work just like Touch of Malice.

Would definitely work... If Oryx had a critical spot.

Four hereafter shots then switch to any primary will do the same job as flinching him. I couldn't care less after that as I have to go detonate orbs.

I only use TOM for daughters. I use a fast loading 1000 stare sniper >>> TOM

Oryx chest is not a critical or precision hit, so it wouldnt help to use no time to explain.

The gun is so easy to get there is literally no excuse for not having it. Unless you don't care. Then it's ok I guess.

1 OdpowiedźOr why not do the normal raid first then they can understand the mechanics that's needed instead of wasting people time, people that has already spent time learning them.

That gun only activates on critical hits. Oryx doesn't have a critical spot. The solution is: GET THE DAMN GUN. No excuse to not have it. I don't know why people are mad that others require ToM. MAKE YOUR OWN GROUP.

1 OdpowiedźNTTE only works if you [i]land[/i] a critical. For the Daughters it can be acceptable, but for Oryx that's a no-go. The ToM, however, only requires life to be continuously fired, and in a bubble of immortality, that's infinite rounds. It's rapid fire, long range, and full auto. It was designed to make Oryx easier. Now, don't think that I'm justifying the perfectionists who require the ToM, because I'm not. People managed to be Oryx previously without the ToM, and they sure as hell can do it again.

2 OdpowiedziThere will be people that will figure out a no ToM strategy. I personally don't like using ToM, but I haven't figured out a strat that won't require any fireteam member to have ToM.
