There's a room that has two doors.
One of the doors leads to freedom.
In front of both doors stands a guard.
The other guard always tells the truth and the other always lies.
You dont know which one tells the truth and which on lies.
How can you determine which door leads to freedom when you only have one question and the guards can only answer yes or no?

Ask what the other one would say yesterday if you asked which door led to freedom, then do the opposite. If you ask the truth teller, he would state the lie that the liar says. Taking the opposite would lead to the right door. If you ask the liar, he'll tell you the opposite of the right door. Take the opposite of the opposite and you're going to freedom

If you ask the lying guard, he will point to the door that leads to death, so take the opposite door

If you ask the lying guard, he will still indicate the lying door, as he will lie about which door the truthful guard would claim leads to freedom.

No the truth guard will point to then non freedom door because that's the door the lying guard would point to if asked which was the freedom door. The lying guard will point to the non freedom door because he would lie about the truth guard pointing to the correct door. Which ever guard you ask the question to will point to the non freedom door
