4 OdpowiedziHive would lose. Simply because their Almighty gods aren't that Almighty outside of their throne room. In their throne room, well...
*Crota Calls His Oversoul*

*Oryx Claps*
Edytowany przez użytkownika Afawafa: 10/28/2015 4:04:35 AMThe covenant can glass planets? Well, this is basically what went down in the Book of Sorrows. Oryx: Gotcha now sis! Xivu Arath: You'll never take me alive! *starts blowing up moon* Both: Lol *moon explodes and kills them both* *Both revive shortly afterwards* Oryx: Damn bitch, you crazy

Once, long ago, I killed Xivu Arath on her war moon, and she blew up the whole moon to kill with me her. She was laughing in joy. I laughed too. A whole moon! A whole moon. It was a waste of a moon, but it taught me how to save myself from exploding worlds, which was necessary to fight the Ecumene. I love mighty Xivu more than a moon loves the tide. I’ll kill her for this. Over and over, forever and ever. When I get home from my wanderings in the Deep, and I take back my throne, I’m going to have children. That’s what I need. Sons and daughters to love and kill.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure Oryx is pretty much invulnerable to whatever the Covenant can throw at him. We've only been able to massively damage him with Light, which is some paracausal substance that makes plasma, ballistic and energy weaponry look primitive.

1 OdpowiedźThe Hive is not a militarized force
-
The hive would win. They have taken thousands of systems and call on the void for assistance. On top of that ascendant hive can only die in their throne world. It would be a long war but the hive would ultimately prevail. Now the flood on the other hand might be able to infect and destroy they hive
-
The Covenant or Arbiter's "own" force ? Arbiter. All the way.
-
The covenants fleet vastly outnumbers the Hive. Remember that Halo spans hundreds of systems. Destiny only takes place in one. Now a Hive knight may be able to take down an Elite solo, but remember it's tactics that win the day.
-
The covenant would glass the dreadnaught without any issues

The hive have immortality so i think hive

5 OdpowiedziHold up. Covenant in its full glory agains the hive in their full glory? I honestly think the hive would win if they were backed by sp00ky space Magic, but if it is just a matter of the basic soldiers, and ships the battle would definitely go to the Covenant. Onward my brethren! Wort to victory!

11 OdpowiedziThe Hive. Oryx just Takes high ranking Elite Fleetmasters, Brute Chieftains, even Prophets, and turns them against the Covenant. Even without Oryx or his Taken, the Hive still. Because the Covenant don't have Light. Light is what keeps Oryx from Taking Guardians, and it allows Guardians to enter Hive Throne Worlds. Without Light, the Covenant would simply be added to the long list of civilizations that the Hive have simply exterminated.
-
1 OdpowiedźThe scope of what exactly the Hive are is a little bit larger than you think. They have access to power and technology that puts the Covenant to shame. The only reason we stop them is because of the Light. But I mean, the Knight in game vs an Elite Captain with a sword would be a really close fight. It'd be crazy to see that fight programmed in. TLDR: Hive would pick apart the Covenant, but it'd be hella fun to watch.

5 OdpowiedziThe covenant? Is this a joke? Crota kills all of the covenant on his own. You guys are high as shit to be reasonable this should be fore runners or flood
-
5 OdpowiedziThe hive are actually gods though. I'm not huge on halo stuff, but I think oryx could just take everything because they don't have light. Also, if one of the three major hive gods dies the other two can just bring him back to life (only to kill him again and become more powerful).
-
3 OdpowiedziThe Hive have already wiped out thousands, if not millions of civilizations and races in their crusade. The Covenant would be crushed underfoot
-
2 Odpowiedziwhat's the biggest covenant? crota's sword logic would win oryx in his throne world would win
-
Covies. If the cabal were able to just crash into the dreadnaught with just one capital ship and plant bombs on their core to wipe out the system imagine what the covies could do. Oryx cannot take the Covies cause they aren't bound to the laws of light and darkness. Hive don't have annoying Jackal snipers like the covies do. Brutes could easily handle knights. And Elites can use Swords to handle anything else. Elites can come in with camo as well. I don't see how the Hive would win. #NotSorry

The flood
-
7 Odpowiedzicovenant:... oryx:claps covenant:dead
-
Hive The Taken make it so with out them we have a different story.
-
2 OdpowiedziThe Flood would consume all. Imagine flood taking over Taken enemies.
-
4 OdpowiedziA powerful alien race that almost drove all of humanity to near extinction vs a not so powerful alien race that was almost driven to near extinction by the human race.... Gee i wonder which one would win? -_-
-
Oryx alone could just take all of them if he really wanted to.
-
I think the Hive would. They're pretty much immortal.

I love halo but the hive is better because: The covenant are constantly fighting each other and their ultimate goal was a lie. Almost all hive are working towards the ultimate Goal of feeding their god's worms and continuing their genocide across the universe. The hive's leaders are gods which own their own throne realms. The covenant leaders are a corrupt and inbred species which can't even move with out assistance from a gravity throne The hive God Oryx had the ability to take enemy forces and summon almost endless Taken forces. The covenant forced species into it and often caused civil wars in the process.
