13 OdpowiedziThe covenant don't wipe out races, they simply glass planets and let nature do the work. Covenant any day. Plus, it boils down to the question. Could Elites do the Hard Raid? Yes
-
Covenant wins the battle Hive wins the war /topic

Including gods/leaders of the Hive, then the Hive. Covenant has no light, Oryx takes them all. Simple. Straight up skirmishes/ ground battles, then the Covenant. Superior tactics and versatility.

3 OdpowiedziThere is no option for "traffic cones".

8 OdpowiedziThe Hive alone aren't very strong. Might even be the weakest of the 4 main enemies in Destiny if you don't include their gods. I think the Cabal and Vex would pose some serious problems for the Covenant. But it's game over at the Taken... Taken captains for the win.

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika daddy: 10/28/2015 3:32:50 PMThe fact that you say the Hive over the Cabal is beyond me given that they are the only enemy in destiny that is largely located outside this solar system (they sent their weakest armies out to explore this system, yes the weakest, but even still the question I have is the same, You haven't played Halo have you? In game, the covenant out class all of the enemies in Destiny by the amount of character the AI have and the difficulty in their attacks. The AI actually camp, press forward, retreat, talk shit etc reacting to the player as if they were real. The amount of damage that they can take outclass those in Destiny as well, try and fight a cloaked covenant with an energy sword on Legendary and tell me it's easier to kill than any regular enemy of the Hive. The only reason the Hive would even stand a chance is due to their gods but even then, 2 guardians have no trouble killing Oryx and his Son Crota can be Soloed, and I'm 100% sure the master chief can do what would take 6 guardians to do but even if he gets tired, Chief has Fireteam Osiris. The enemies in Halo are underrated. *Edited for cabal info

4 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika DeusDominus: 10/29/2015 4:25:11 AMWe haven't seen the full extent of the Hives military capabilities. I think they just might be able to take them though, the dreadnought is pretty darn powerful.
