Forcing players to do year old raids? Is this year 2 Destiny?
Seriously retarded. There is reusing old material and then there's Bungie.

Edit: the majority of Destiny players do not raid or play in fireteams. Hiding new exotic weapons behind fireteam raid requirements is a dick splash move by Bungie. There have always been Raid exclusive weapons, no issue with that but now Bungie is playing PVE fireteam requirements all over the god damn place because they are lazy. Spindle? This?
Message to Bungie: you know the figures, most of your player base don't fireteam. It's gonna bite you on your lazy ass.

Really? I thought it was a great quest step. Vog was shown a couple of times in HoW and TTK missions, its about time people get "forced" to do it. Just like the quests with pvp in it. Shouldnt be a big problem, i mean, if you dont raid you sre already missing out on certain gear and exotics. Why so upset bout another one? Its to be expected, imo. You wont get everything in the game if you dont play everything in the game. VoG is a great raid and like it or not, its part of the game which should be played for the full experience

You can almost melee every enemy in one shot now.... It takes as long as running 2 or 3 heroic strikes. It's sooooooo -blam!-ing easy

I'm so glad they made VoG a part of this quest line. It was so fun going back and doing a vanilla raid again with all my old year one weapons.

They increased attack values of nightfall, crucible, and weekly crucible drops by +10. That being said, once hard raid hits everyone has the potential to be at 300 (given the nature of drops). There should be no reason why any player will not at least attempt or finish normal raid. No one is forcing a single player to do the hard raid. If anyone does not do or attempt the raid, then that is the players own fault. The tools are there to at least try. Please, sweep the salt back under your rug.

1 OdpowiedźI actually rather enjoyed going back and doing VoG. It was nice to go back to the roots of raiding. I still think VoG is the best raid in the game, even if it is extremely easy now.

Just your opinion. Personally I thought it was awesome to have us run it again. I ran it twice on reset day before I ran kings fall. That's awesome to me.

I think it's great. It gives people a reason to play the old raids. Also if you can't get through easy mode with these newer weapons and supers then just stop playing. lol
