Customer Service on both sides. We need a computer thingy that takes what's in your head and translates it to my head, then after processing it reverses the process and prints out a simple diagram of what you wanted and the feasibility of it represented in the form of a baked potato. I think that would be clearer than verbal communication and unhelpful hand gestures.
