So Who Thinks That Evolution Is Fact?
Me Personally I think it is a false teaching, a pseudoscience and has been proved wrong so many times.

There need to be at least 250 proteins for one cell so to get this (this is out of randomness BTW) you have to pretty much hit the jackpot 250 times in a row and each time you hit it you gain 1 protein that has the perfect genetics and DNA to support the cell

I woke up and look on here and I have some evolutionists saying we did come from apes and other that say we didn't come from apes like make up your minds

I guess I'll be specific on the type of evolution we are talking about here. I am talking about macroevolution (types of animals turning into other types of animals)
Examples of macroevolution are Dogs turning into whales, or Apes turning into Man
Macroevolution has NEVER been observed.
Another thing about Macroevolution is the fact that DNA is so perfectly coded that if an organism was to mate with a different type of organism (Ex: Human and Apes) it would not produce a hybrid half this half that offspring or I will use the example if a Female Human was to mate with a Male Ape the Human would not give birth to a Hybrid half ape half human chimp baby
So with that out of the way Macroevolution cannot occur

Evolution is based off of the scientific method and there is quite a bit of physical evidence that's been compiled. That being said I believe in God....what I've come to feel God is to me over my lifetime. I've researched a lot of religions and ancient astronaut theories and hung onto things that resonated with something inside me.

How do you explain the many beliefs in the world that thought many gods existed before. How is any of the cure to surviving religions right when the Greeks, Romans, and many native tribes worshiped other gods or simple the memory and spirits of their ancestors past. If Christianity was right. Why did it take many many centuries for people to even realize it was a thing. Why was it based of the Jewish version of the bible (sorry I'm not sure what it's called), and why is islams based on that? If creationism is real. How do you explain dinosaurs. If it was right. Dinosaurs should never exist. Giant lizards would literally just be things of the imaginations. And more importantly. What about the rest of the cosmos. It's good to have beliefs. But do not bring that creationism argument out. With everything we have discovered. There is no way evolution is wrong. And like I said. People have been around for a long long time before Christianity was even a thing. Heck if you wanna go by first religion ever. I believe Hinduism was the first known one to exist.

Just for reference I will post the definition of scientific theory below: United States Academy of Science: The formal definition of scientific theory is quite different from the everyday meaning of the word. It refers to a comprehensive explanation of some aspect of nature that is supported by a vast body of evidence. Many scientific theories are so well established that no new evidence is likely to alter them substantially. For example, no new evidence will demonstrate that the Earth does not orbit around the sun (heliocentric theory), or that living things are not made of cells (cell theory), that matter is not composed of atoms, or that the surface of the Earth is not divided into solid plates that have moved over geological time scales (the theory of plate tectonics)... One of the most useful properties of scientific theories is that they can be used to make predictions about natural events or phenomena that have not yet been observed. American Association for the Advancement of Science: A scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world, based on a body of facts that have been repeatedly confirmed through observation and experiment. This is always fun to read because it truly shows how little education people have when it comes to this subject. Let me start of with the fact that both #5 and #6 on your list are observable. Now lets talk about your view of Macroevolution which is highly off. Macroevolution isn't about a dog turning into a whale. That won't happen and the likeliness of it happening is close to zero. Macroevolution is the process of large scale observable mutations taking place (ie the Italian Wall Lizards which developed larger heads and better stomachs to better survive the new environment they were placed in). Evolution isn't about something simply turning into another thing. Evolution has to follow the laws of Natural Selection. I'm gonna assume you don't understand that either so I'll break that down for you. Natural Selection works by 3 main traits, Heritability, Variety, and Fitness. Variety is the different traits and mutations that exist across the species in particular. Again I will visit the Italian Wall Lizard for this as it is quite easy to look up information about this. When moved to the neighboring island a few of the lizards had traits that made life slightly easier for their environment. The biggest problem they faced was that they had a diet of insects normally and this new location was primarily vegetation. Most of the lizards weren't equipped with jaws capable of eating through leaves or stomachs that could digest plants. However, there were a few that could. This leads to Fitness. Fitness is the ability of an organism to survive and reproduce. The Lizards that could eat this new diet were the ones that didn't starve to death. Thus, they could do the nasty and reproduce more offspring. Now we go to Heritability. This is literally the process of passing on genes. Look at your family for me. Notice any similarities between you and any previous family members or any similarities between family members in general? I know you will so don't lie. These common traits are what we know as "genes". They can be either Dominant or Recessive. A dominant gene is one that is much more common while a recessive is one that is not. So lets work this back into our example. Since the Lizards who could adapt to this new diet we're able to survive and reproduce, they were the ones who could pass on their genes. So we see that the Lizards would continue this process until it became quite common among them. This is but one example of evolution. Now we're gonna talk about the part of evolution that makes me laugh the hardest when "non-believers" say its a lie. EVOLUTION DOES NOT DISPROVE THE BIBLE. THE BIBLE DOES NOT DISPROVE EVOLUTION. Lets get that straight there. Evolution is not the explanation of where life started but that there are connections between all that exist. We share common ancestry with Apes yes, but that doesn't mean that all of them are just like us. Evolution is a result of the environment. Creatures become a reflection of our environment, we change to suit it. The ones who are best adapted will survive. I have to go to class, but if you have questions, go ahead and reply.
