Everyone just put in the 15 minutes to read the actual court docs!
The guy was fired for being a child about not getting his music played in a trailer because Activision wanted to do something else. Then once he was fired bungie tried withholding his stock.
That's what the case was about, withholding stock. Not protection of the game or whatever. It was a composer got his music shelved and he couldnt check his ego.
Instead of keeping calm and trying to constructivly hemp the game he tried to ruin it because his hard work wasn't being used the way he wanted.

First off he wasn't acting like a child. I don't think you know how offensive it for a composer to not have their music played during a main event and even more offensive they replace it with something more inferior? His job is to compose and direct the music at Bungie and basically they voided his job during one of the biggest reveals of his life. It's like you're a visual designer and you made a CGI trailer for your game and it's probably the most important trailer of your life but then your company scraps it at the last minute for a lesser quality trailer. AND that trailer still represents you as s designer because it still has your name on it. That right there is -blam!-ed up and uncalled for.

He was being child. Being aconokser and caring for your music dorsnt give you the right to act like a Bitch to your co workers who tried hacking you but got shot down the same. At that point he was just making hard fir everyone else.

I haven't read the court docs, but if Bungie fired him and then withheld his stocks, that's not right, unless part of the stock proceeds were input by Bungie as part of his employment there and both parties needed legal action to figure who gets what.

He was fired because if disruption at work due to his aggetation by Activision fir not using his music in an e3 trailer. Bungie even tried to appeal to them to get his music on but were uktinatkey over ruled by actavision. After that he got mad and stopped caring. The court case was purely for his stock.
