Yes or no?
Edit: Thank you all for the opinions or comments they're all very interesting and I'm trying to reply to a good amount of them.
Also my opinion on the matter is undecided at the moment, main reason I asked this question.

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Ulicies: 10/14/2015 4:08:27 AMDestiny 2 will be their true test. The audience has dwindled since Destiny's launch, but I don't think they've fully given up on the franchise's potential. I could see Destiny going the way of Assassin's Creed; the first had great bare-bone mechanics, but lacked in substance, while Assassin's Creed 2 took note of the first game's weaknesses and proved it could be a lasting franchise.

1 OdpowiedźDestiny is barely going to survive the next two months, what with Halo 5, Fallout 4, Battlefront 3, etc

3 OdpowiedziPossibly yes But then you start to realize you've paid 140 dollars for a game with minimal content and micro transactions. And to think that in the next 4 weeks for 20 dollars less than that you can play halo 5 and fallout 4, two games that collectively have much more content, better pvp, better quests and rpg elements, and a better campaign. Really, destiny was a great time sink for the start of a generation, but there's more games, better games, being released exponentially, a long with a community that's getting more and more fed and torn with every update. Destiny is going to really have to step up and change their "nerf the player instead of fixing the game" mentality to stay relevant.

5 OdpowiedziDestiny will be left in the dark with Halo 5, Fallout 4, and Star Wars Battlefront coming out before 2016

2 OdpowiedziI dunno. If they really improve on the game, community wise and game wise, then maybe. But, if they keep this up, then no.

2 OdpowiedziI definitely think so.

This is a fantastic game and TTK is amazing. The lore and gameplay are once great and bungie has fixed most of the game's original issues. However, it seems like bungie is taking two steps back for every step forward and at this rate I give it until 2017
