OFFICIAL Weapon Parts petition - COZMO Replied!!
[b]Edit:[/b][spoiler] a lot of people feel the economy nerfs are a set up for Tess to sell weapon parts, motes and coins - and this has been in the works for a while. I don't think that's the case. I am not supporting or defending Bungies decision, I am looking at it from the perspective of year 1 and 2... And being a little hopeful.
Hey, day 1 players, remember when armor upgrades cost 25 materials? Remember when weapon upgrades cost 16 parts for a legendary, and 25 for an exotic? Remember farming 25 relic iron on the Buried City for just one upgrade bubble? Bungie seriously revised that. Weapon upgrades now cost just 5 - 10 weapon parts. That's pennies compared to what a full upgrades for a Y1 exotic would cost. HoW DLC saw an incredible boost to our economy by making everything cheap. What if they think it was just [i]too[/i] cheap and going back to fix it?

I hate petitions, but I think we need to make sure this issue is heard.
Most other nerfs or reductions I can [i]kind of[/i] understand.
Now that light level is directly tied to weapon level... This is an issue that cannot be over looked.
[b][i][u]This only serves to artificially increase the time of progression through end game content.[/u][/i][/b]
Please sign, and [b]get our weapon parts restored back to original drop rates.[/b]

Why do I get 80% engrams as armour engrams? I have 1000 armour material and zero weapons parts... Also stop giving me motes of light for weapon engrams. I need parts!

1 OdpowiedźThis doesn't get taken care of soon I'll be boycotting the next dlc. I'm sure many others will as well with all the new games coming out. I'm willing to bet they will change this right before the next dlc. That's bungies trademark. Then they will get rid of infusion or needing weapon parts for infusion . Lol they're a day late and a dollar short when it comes to providing updates that are needed. Look at auto rifles as an example and all the changes right before the TTK only to be made irrelevant on year 1 weapons.

Im so tired of having to dismantle my exotics & legendarys just to unlock perks on my newer rewards b4 i find out theyre not tas good as yr 1 weapons.. Im so tited of farming for blue engrams for weapons parts for 2/3 of them to turn into motes of light.. Thatd been great when motes were actually currency but i literally get 5 guaranteed every time i progress my xp bar i know ill b able to get more but weapons parts? Its a problem bungie.. Most my blue weapons engrams turn into motes or strange coins... & dismantling a weapon should never give me 1 part!!! It says on screen weapons parts thats plural means at least 2 or more! Even the small icon show multiple parts in the picture so nobody should get 1 .. Either that or chane the software so it reads weapon part so it at least doensnt feel as insulting .. Hardest part of touch of malice quest? Stockpiling 50 weapons parts to donate & ignoring my other weapons upgrades for days while i grind for eris morn..
