Will last gen be left behind? Bungie help!
One of my friends was 'kind' enough to tell me that Xbox 360 and PS3 won't feature any of the expansions after TTK. That stinks, because I have 175 gigabytes left in storage space on my console.
Is this true? I'm considering upgrading to next gen next year. I want to make my 360 last as long as it can.
I want a Bungie employee or BNG_Help officer to answer.
EDIT: Never thought it would get this attention. Most of you guys are like "Screw you last gen owners," but still... I have 360, and want a PS4 so badly so I can play with my friends. But I don't want to start over.
EDIT 2: Wow! 200+ replies! I'm not missing out on anything in last gen. "I think I'll upgrade because of the curved HUD."
EDIT 3: 500+ replies. I haven't gotten a straight answer yet though. I just keep getting salt because I'm a last gen owner. Keep the salt shaking!

How long should they be forced to make games for the older generation consoles? You can't expect gaming companies to dumb down game forever.

And lose out on a lot of money that's not activisions way apparently they've stopped bringing out games for 360 but yet there's still a few games to come out on 360 this year

5 OdpowiedziLook at it like this, all of the old gear is irrelevant anyway so the only thing you'll really be missing is year 1 exotics which you really can't use anyway unless you want to blow all of your marks... You'll lose faction rep though which kinda sucks

I have this for my 360 and Xbox one and after playing oryx on the 360 it needs to be left behind. It just can't handle it. I couldn't believe the glitches. It's inevitable. The stuff like oryx moving through the map doesn't happen on Xbox one and we had to go to orbit like every second attempt due to how Laggy and buggy it got. I have had none of these issues on Xbox one plus it is just so much better looking. You don't notice till you play the one for a bit and then jump on the 360.

We can only hope. Just as Xbox held back game development for Xbox 360, the same holds true for the Xbox One. Just look at how long it took to get a bigger vault. I use my 360 for streaming Netflix and such.

You don't have to restart with an Xbox one. You can keep your character. Ps4 is the destiny console though. I have a ps4 and and Xbox one and can honestly tell you that graphically there is such a small difference it isn't even noticeable. They're both great consoles.

1 OdpowiedźIt should be left behind sooner or later. Destiny will have at least two years on last gen before it goes exclusively to the next, that's plenty of time to save up. Besides, we're all upgrading when the new Deus Ex comes out, right? I mean... obviously.
