Ashamed to even have a hunter
I played quite a bit year one. Mained a Titan because I love the look and lore. Then I stepped in the crucible. And I kept stepping in at a huge disadvantage. Iron banner trials did it all with trex arms, situational grenades and an absolutely useless melee. Enter sun breaker. My sweet justice. And here come the same guys that without a doubt dominated nearly every aspect of pvp and want my hammer nerfed because they have no strategy because they are so used to mindlessly hitting a bumper and taking in kills. It's a dam shame. To all who don't fall in this category good on ya if not then just sell the game. Let us old Titans have some fun for once
Edit: if hunters feel that their class is not up to par, lets petition to square the field on all fronts. Trade armor decrease for a bolt grenade or enhanced melee. Only fair to be more than one dimensional on a super that lasts twenty seconds
Edit2: I have love for all my classes. Honestly crushing it with storm caller in pvp. Hunters a go to for pve now. So not biased

3 OdpowiedziHunters still have blink shotgun with quickdraw that wasnt changed. Now they get shade step which is blink esque as well because if I shoot you while your in that motion you don't take damage. That is in EVERY encounter .The super only lasts for 20 seconds and takes four minutes to recharge. You maybe get it 3 times if your team is playing well. As a titan if you want Hammer nerfed then we should get something similar to that jump for every encounter. Then again titans will get evade once we figure out how to get that twilight garrison. So once thats available then I'm all for the nerf.

I guarantee the same people who cried about hunters are the same ones crying on about the titans. Complaints aren't exclusive to hunters atop making titans look bad bro.

55% Damage reduction, a ranged 1 shot blast with an opportunity to multi kill with each explosion, slight tracking and full heal after a kill makes the sunbreaker ridiculous. Think radiant skin golden gunner kind of ridiculous with hungering blade perk.

8 OdpowiedziActually Hunters, if played correctly, have the ability to shut any class down. The people that are complaining don't want to learn how to combat the different sub-classes. If they knew anything about their class they'd figure it out. Everything can't be easy.

1 OdpowiedźI would be fine about sunbreakers in PvP. I main a hunter and always have. But the thing is there is a crucible playlist which is all about supers and since nothing compares to hammer of sol I feel that balancing is required. You may say stay away from mayhem, but to me, mayhem is the best and most fun crucible mode.

I don't think the class should be needed as bad as people are saying, but I do think that the Titan has soooooo much armor when using their Sunbreaker. That could use a slight nerf.

Also the fact the new Hunter special knocks people out of there's effectively ended kill streaks and cutting them short. That is OP in my opinion. At least with storm caller, U.S. Warlocks need a few ticks of damage to kill people. Nothing instant. I do feel the accuracy of the Titan super needs to be changed along with the splash damage. Way too accurate.

I think the sunbreaker super is fine, in my opinion though i think the super should get max armor or regen health, one or the other, not both. And thats being picky, because hoenstly the super is not op. There are so many ways to counter, especially with a hunter. 2gg shots or 1gg shot with nighthawk helm, or shadowshot.

No super in this game that is roaming takes skill. People camp with fusion rifles and shotties, hardscope short hallways with snipers, jump like ballerinas when you find them... nobody uses any sort of tactics in Crucible. They tackle it the same way as they do missions; "What's gonna get me the best shit/most wins with the least effort?" Load up a Crucible match. ANY game mode. Take note of how many stupid "tactics" you see. Count the amount of people herding over to the Pulse Rifle club. Count the amount of Titans playing Mayhem Rumble with either Sunbreaker or WoD (which is only used to guarantee heavy ammo.. these guys use heavy machine guns to get kill streaks, which is where their KD they brag about comes from).

8 OdpowiedziThe fact is, Hammer of Sol is a ranged super, makes you take less damage AND heals you with kills. Those three things are reason enough to nerf the shit out of sunbreaker

Hunters were never op and Titans never were at a disadvantage. Titans sunbreaker needs a nerf in health or aoe damage probably should be both but then all of you Titans will cry about it.
