No, I'm not referencing legacy engrams or faction packages(but even those are shitty). I'm referencing what they said in multiple pre-TTK hype videos, where they hyped up their "new and improved" loot system. Also, I did not get these from doing dreksis or whatever. Check my recent games. Mainly strikes. So please think about what you're going to say or at least read the comments before trying to act all cool.

When they first announced this change a year ago, for the Dark Below, I laughed. I knew it was a lie. The only reason they made it so legendary engrams actually gave you legendaries ( instead of the blues and greens that were pretty much always given ) is because the entire community was pissed about it. It's bad enough you deal with RNG to aquire the engrams but to put RNG in whether it gives you an appropriate item? Dick move.
