As someone who got it as a random drop from an exotic engram it looks awesome... But that's pretty much it the dodge roll is almost useless in any kind of Pvp or pve situation and the other perks do not redeem it.

Sometimes I just like my Hunter to look good and rely more on that than stats and perks. I usually keep other gear on me for when I do raids and different strikes so I can switch things up when I need to.
