Goodbye kings fall raid. It was nice not getting to try you.
Well I hit a wall people.
So many people have done it already and I feel left out in the race to do Kings fall.
I Tried lfg but people are asking too much like must be 300 or 301
Well I can't get to that level cause my friends constantly do the raid without me.
Its super hard to find groups honestly. I tried Lfg and recruitment but nothing works.
Please if there are any nice guardians out there who wouldn't mind running the raid with me and teaching the mechanics that would be awesome.

Thats gonna happen to me. I already am a week behind since I left for vacation the day TTK came out, and now my friends may or may not want to do it with an unexperienced person since they want to run it quickly to get the loot.

Just find a decent raid team on the forum.ive found quite a few that have helped me alot.that and watch videos of others doing it,so you know the direction you need to take

2 OdpowiedziI'm not up to level yet due to shit Internet but all I can say once I'm at a viable LL I will be hosting raids to exclude the elitism. If you're on ps4 feel free to add me. I understand people being elitists I've been playing mmos since vanilla WoW and have done hardcore and casual. But there are always groups of people in the same boat as you willing to help regardless of skill level. Gaming should be for fun not how much better my pixels are than yours.

I've seen plenty of LFG posts that ask for 290s, just look for the groups that aren't exclusively 300+

They do it without u to get it done faster so they can teach people like u later instead of raiding for days without any progress

My group had the same problem with people wanting to come in. But what they don't understand is that we are working well together and once we have it down we can then help the rest. Stop thinking about yourself and think about the long run return. We beat it today and I can tell you we will slowly start being the rest of our clan. Hope a lot of you that fill this way read this and get some new perspective.

8 OdpowiedziPeople don't take me cuz I'm stuck at 288 cuz off my -blame-ing artifact which is 257. I just can't get any artifacts. I swear ghost shells and artifacts are the rarest drops ever.

I feel the same and I'm a solid pve player. Alot of my friends have completed the raid. I've tried the raid 3 times and boy is it ruff. If you don't have solid weapons and are above 290 you in for a rough ride. Wish I had friends and fireteam members that actually had patience with people and not get upset when you have multiple wipes. The raid has only been out for 1 WEEK yet people act like we are supposed to have it down already. Lol.. I've only got up to the daughters right before oryx and boy was it a grind.

This guy gets it. I have hit the same wall. Think it's beatable? Yes. Clearly it is. However when you then go to the forums and spend the first hour explaining and then someone has to leave and then the next hour is explain to that next person, and then someone else leaves. Rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat. Now forums require "emblem" or "grimoire proof" or "300". Makes you almost want to quit.

5 OdpowiedziTo be honest, about this raid... I love all the parts of this raid that are not fighting. The boss mechanics in this one... I think they overdid it this time. CE was too simple. VoG was perfect. I feel that the kings fall bosses requirements are a bit too much. I know I will get downvoted for this since this is exactly what lots of people wanted. But I think adding more and more strange mechanics is not the way to go. Whats next? Soon you need to solve complex math to beat the boss? The requirements will be: Must be light 340, must have degree in math.

7 OdpowiedziNobody wants to carry you. Start your own raid with 290+ randoms, and go into it head first like the rest of us. Can't join a raid? Make your own. With people at your same year/skill level. Everyone else had to work hard for their first akill, why should you aloud to be carried by higher level people who did it at 290 when the raid dropped.

That's why I hate the destiny forums so much. There's a few cool people but most are just whiny jerks and "require" everything. I only wanted my helmet in trials but didn't complete it before cus my team wasn't good, so I got on here for some people and all decent players kicked me cus I wasn't the right level or have the stupid emblem. I think my KD speaks more than any emblem ever could.
