Goodbye kings fall raid. It was nice not getting to try you.
Well I hit a wall people.
So many people have done it already and I feel left out in the race to do Kings fall.
I Tried lfg but people are asking too much like must be 300 or 301
Well I can't get to that level cause my friends constantly do the raid without me.
Its super hard to find groups honestly. I tried Lfg and recruitment but nothing works.
Please if there are any nice guardians out there who wouldn't mind running the raid with me and teaching the mechanics that would be awesome.
Xbox One. Gt is the same.

I'm trying to find a group for some time this weekend. Looking for a fresh run and looking to experience it while we do it. Not watch others play it. I don't want to be coddled through the thing. Like oh go stand here for massive damage! And as long as you meet the minimum recommended lvl(and preferably a mic) I don't care. I'm willing to spend the weekend on it. Definitely won't be until after (at least) 5 est today; work sucks. But if you're interested hit my GT up, same as forum name. Xbox one, same as OP. Just tell me best time for you and I'll see if I can set up a group.

I haven't beat it either, but the groups I'm running with are content to chip away, work different strats, make it a little farther each week and eventually reap the rewards. After world's first, it doesn't really matter. You'll get it, just keep trying, remember what works and what doesnt, and you'll eventually get it. This is a tough raid that has a lot of mechanics that need to be handled almost perfectly.

That's some mega BS I bet the people who are asking for +300 light weren't even above +290 like everyone else.

I got to the witches at 278 light...had other players in the fire team in the high 280's and a few in the mid to high 290's. 300 light for this raid is not needed

I was literally just on there today peeping the scene for when my setup is ready and I mainly saw people asking for 290+

the new light level and the lack of "go-to" weapons has created a severe set back to lfg groups, since you cant ask for a successfull group, now you have to ask for a unusual high light level. 299 /300+ also the automatic light level 280-289 shows 280 so the user is automatically sorted out.. i never had problems with Nightfalls for example but yesterday i tired for 30 minutes (while playing ) to get me into a group.. by posting at destinylfg.com and noone responded to the call. so i really had to go in and ask several people by myself.. why wasnt needed before the 2.0 patch.. NF was just an entry and instantly you had like 4 peeps asking you .. havent tried raid yet since i was busy.. but i think this gonna be even worse.. Bungie NEEDs to put some means of group finding IN the game.. and if it would be a short text next to the username (or icon) that indicates what my friend is currently PLANNING. My "friendslis" is the worst place to look for Strike or raidmates.. since i simply cant sort the people there by what they plan to do.. i can just see whos already doing this..

same here, I just got destiny on ps4 and I don't have many friends to play it with (only have 2 friends that play it on ps4 and they are ignorant b***ards) most of my friends are on ps3 but I cannot play the ps3 version because the update takes too long to download. so anyway if anybody wants to do a raid add me (psn: Stephen4000) ps4 only atm: hunter level 40 light level 290+, decent gear, blind run never done the kings fall raid yet, mic

You must not Try at all. Literally the easiest things is to get a raid team. Especially with NOOBS.

Then just say to people you're experienced. if you're lower than 290 then don't bother looking on lfg no'one will do it with you, and rightly so. No'one wants to spend hours in a raid because 1 guy keeps -blam!-ing up. And kings fall requires everyone to work as a team and allot of the time this raid chooses random people to do certain things.

The raid has been out a week. What do you mean you feel behind in the race? We're going to have at least 3 months with virtually no new content. During that drought that huge amount of players that haven't beaten it yet will begin getting their completions. Stop crying and just enjoy the game. The only race that mattered was world's first. There is no race left

I would help but I'm PS4, Good luck finishing the raid is worth it. P.S. My first and only completion so far was with a team that was 296 and below (lowest 290), so the 300 crap is just people trying to make themselves feel important.

Yeah LFG cats are wack, they're already demanding experienced only lol. It's been 7 days. A gang of my year one friends are done with the game so I'm kinda in the same boat. Still have to complete a few more things before I can even attempt it, but these funny style elitists demanding experienced cats is killing me. So funny. I wonder if it's the same as vault and crota, where the people demanding experienced players are garbage and just want to sit back and get carried.

try doing at least the beginning parts to get some high level gear first , once you raise your stats you will get easier entry in teams, also did you even try to start a party yourself and keep adding people who post they need a party ? since bungie is too lazy to give us ingame options one has to put some serious work into preparing a raid

You can get past 290 pretty successfully by grinding heroics. I was 297 when I first tried. I did grind lots of strikes though... Idk which site you use, but destinyLFG.net is my preferred site. It's really easy to find squads. I don't understand how people can say they can't ever find anyone. It seems to me people don't even try. Make your own post, let the messages flow. It's simple as that. It works for me every time, always has since VoG. My entire friends list now consists of people I've played with off of LFG.

Im in the same boat man. Everyone i played with before doesn't play anymore. I have some randoms added from past raids but they usually dont invite me.
