3 OdpowiedziWhatever you do, DO NOT turn them in finding all 10 at once will be the first quest of sleeper stimulant as those are the relics that you must find.

2 OdpowiedziTotally rng. They seem to drop anywhere. Even in vanilla story missions and regular patrols. Just gotta put yourself in a position to be lucky (grind).
